Glad you've got a couple of days to sort of chill there, D-unit. I think the rest idea is a good one, but I'm honestly anticipating you ending up doing something silly like running a marathon or swimming the English Channel because you got bored.
You misunderstand Focus! I am not planning any rest on my days off, I just wish I could pound out 8 hours of workouts since I have the time.

Do either of you take branched chain amino acids pre, peri, post workout in order to prevent muscle loss/catabolism from doing so much training?
If I wasn't trying to cut, I'd do 15 minutes before and immediately after.
IMO (and as per my boss at the supplement company), BCAAs don't have calories.
Why are you restricting them on a cut??
I honestly think your even trying to do more work would be detrimental, even if you could, but then, I hardly know what I'm talking about. ^_^
