oh yeah, and I wanted to add. Somebody must have been looking out for me this morning. I had some frozen crawfish chowder that I thawed out. The container that it was in was full, and I was stuck in a moral dilema over eating the whole thing for lunch. It wasn't quite enough to split in half for two lunches though. Well I decided to just take it and try to eat just half for lunch today (yeah right!). Well I noticed that the lid wasn't quite on all the way so I went to press it down, when it slipped and the top flew off and made a huge mess in my kitchen. Well that sucked, but it left exactly half of the container. Blessing in disguise. I think so ;)
 
You have deff got someone looking out for you and like maleficent said cleaning up the mess meant extra calories burned for you!! Keep up the great work and i hope you are having a good day!!!
 
Hey there- you sound like you've been doing pretty good! :) Keep it up! (And congrats on dropping out of the 250's... I'm out of the 240's now :)... We both did it! Yay!)
 
yesterday was:

abs in the morning, back in the afternoon
1 bowl honey nut cheerios with 1% milk

1 subway club, 6 inch on wheat

1 pickle

1 small green salad

1 small portion spaghetti and meat sauce (ground turkey)

1 steamed zuchinni

1 slice of health nut bread
 
yesterday I had:

1 smoothie for breakfast

1 small serving of crafish and shrimp chowder

1 large green salad

1 med bowl of turkey spaghetti
 
alright back to the diary

yesterday I had:

1 fat free yogurt

1 healthy choice meal

1 kellogs snack bar

2 pickles

creamed tuna on toast (1 slice health nut bread)]

steamed cauliflower

1 carrot
 
Well it sure feels good! I ran into two people yesterday that I hadn't seen in a while and both of them immediately said WOW, man you've dropped a few pounds huh? I loved it. Another funny thing is that new people that I've met over the past couple of weeks always ask me if I played football in high school or college level. I did play, but its not something anybody has asked me in a long time. I guess the weights are paying off!

Yesterday I had:

1 fat free yogurt

1 healthy choice lunch

2 pickles

1 chicken breast and rice

1 can of asparagus

1 carrot
 
Congratulations! It always feels good when someone else notices. Your food choices are good. Are you doing anything else besides weight training?
 
I walk a little. Usually its approximately 1.5 miles through the hospital with about 25 flights of stairs thrown in. I know, I need to get more cardio in. I'm working on that ! ;) :p

1 baked chicken breast stuffed with onions, peppers, a little garlic, and house of tang szechuan sauce, man it came out good

rice, steamed cauliflower, steamed carrot, slice of health nut bread

1 100 cal popcorn bag
