Dropping in to check on you! I would start weighing on Friday's too.. I usually weigh on Friday's and Monday's and I didn't weigh today because of the holiday If I would have gained a few pounds I would just give up! So I decided not to weigh today and I will weigh on Wednesday for the weigh in and weigh in Friday for my weigh in at the gym..
 
Thanks for checking on me Christina!! I need a bit of disipline LOL! I think that Idigo challenge was a real motivator, I hope I can join another challenge soon. Today and yesterday I stuck to my points, but I know I am experiencing water retention at the moment, what we women have to put up with:rolleyes:
 
Well there's a new challenge up for signups right now for December! I can't remember if I've seen you sign up, but if you haven't, you should, it'll be lots of fun :D Its going to be 3 weeks, so it'll take us to right before Christmas. There's no better gift to yourself than the gift of good health (although the fancy cellphone I bought myself last christmas was pretty good too!)
 
Ok I started at 13st 4lbs and today I was 12st 10lbs so that is 8lbs. Also I have stuck to the points today and I am much more excited about Fridays weigh in as I always stick to points during the week!

Just wanted to say hello to my fellow team mate! Your gonna have to keep me in line! lol.. So you lost 8 lbs? Am I reading that correctly?
 
So far yes Christina, and today it was 9lbs, but it does vary! I hope I will be 9lbs lighter tomorrow. Are you in my team? That's great, I'll be keeping my eye on you! I just checked and we're little elves, but I'm more like a big elf at the moment!!

weighed in yesterday at 12st 9lbs I was so happy!! Weighing on Friday is much better! However today and yesterday I was not too careful with the points, but I had some celebrating to do this weekend and so I will let myself off. It should all be OK by next Friday.
 
Great job! I knew you could do it. Weekends are rough on most people. I live out in the middle of nowhere and don't have much of a social life, but the weekends are when I run my errands(shopping and stuff) so fast food is a big temptation because it's the only time I see those places!

What are your plans for today and tomorrow for the challenge? I hope you enjoyed your celebrations...but keep your eye on the prize, only ONE more pound to go and you're at your first goal weight. Once you meet that you'll have to change your ticker!

Thanks for checking on me, I have been very ill today, something I picked up from the children, like 24 hour sickness, so I have been feeling terrible and in bed all day unable to move due to the nausea.

My plans are to get to 12stone by the end of the 3 week challenge and that means to lose another 9lbs, could be a bit ambitious though, but I will try to lose at least another 6lbs.:)
 
cates... I hope you feel better. Don't overdo it too soon when you start feeling better! Take your time...I think 9 pounds is a great goal. Sure it's high, but set your goals high and if you make it you're double-y proud, and even if you don't, losing some is better than none, right? You're still moving in the right direction....hmmmm opposite of the song lyrics, but still a catchy phrase :)
 
Thanks Christina and Ang, I am feeling a lot better today, but I am not so sure I will lose much by Friday:( If I'm not feeling ill, then I'm trying to replace lost nutrients by eating well!! Maybe tomorrow and Thursday I'll be more 'with it again!!:)
 
Going from bad to worse, I just can't diet today :( :(
