Dec. 10 ____97.3__(-2.7)
Dec. 17 _____97.6_
Dec. 24 _____97.3_
Dec. 31 ______

I'm not sure i'll lose any more weight this month, but it's definately been a much more in control time for me than Christmas usually is. Yay for the December challenge!

I am in again.

Nov 30: 147.8
Dec 7: 147.8 :( (0)
Dec 14: 146.6 :) (-1.2)
Dec 21: 147 :( (+0.4)
Dec 28: 146.6 :) (-0.4)

Goal weight is... 143, going for just under 5 pounds. If I make it, I will be lower than I got to the last time I lost weight, which was 144. I will be closer than ever to my final goal weight which is 128.

Not my best month, but do you know what? It's a loss overall and I will take it. I mean if I can't have Christmas treats and eat a little more sometimes and still lose weight, even if it's slowly, then that means that this lifestyle is much more sustainable!

Great job guys - this is a tough time and you're all doing great.

I know I'm late but I'm still here! I weighed in before I went on vacation but didn't update here-too busy Christmas shopping. Surprisingly, after not really watching what I ate on vacation and many buffets, I got back home at 172 and now after battling the flu for over a week I am down to 169.5 again. Partially thanks to the Christmas dinners I had to miss :(

So I guess I'm not eating a lot but I am not eating well either - we're being given lots of things I don't normally keep in the house that I have trouble resisting when I'm healthy and moreso when I'm sick and too weak to cook healthy. I need to keep more easy to make healthy food around the house for times like these. Still my body is accepting my current weight and not gaining despite the lack of exercise and poor food choices.

I gave up losing any more weight this year and I will probably jump back into the January challenge when I'm completely over the flu and I can work out again. January should be a good month. Can't wait to feel good and fit again.

Happy New Year's everyone! It is going to be a great one for all of us. Keep it up!

Congrats to everyone and Happy New Year! I'm looking forward to the January Challenge. Here are my final numbers

December 24.....170.4

The crowd is on their feet weighting to see if I reach my goal of 303.

Time for the weigh in, may I have a drumroll please:

Dec. 3 = 313
Dec. 10 = 308
Dec. 17 = 306.5
Dec. 24 = 304
Dec. 31 = 300.5!

{crowd goes crazy}

Well, that's good to see. The numbers should start with '2' for most of next month and that sounds lovely to me. Somehow 299 sounds closer to 200.5 than 300.5.

Way to go MrVee! Congratulations on kissing the 300's goodbye - that was a great accomplishment for 2012.
