Wow, the hard out week paid off, not sure I can get the same results again, but I'll aim for a 1 kilo loss anyway.
 
OK, here we go:
Nov 30th: 301.2
Dec 5th: 299.6
Dec 12th: 300.4 (wrong direction!!!)

(I know it's a weird schedule, I'll be away from my scale, and really a scale I can even sort of count on from the 22nd - 26th).

Goal for December = 295 lbs
5.4 lbs to go.

Goal weight is... 143, going for just under 5 pounds. If I make it, I will be lower than I got to the last time I lost weight, which was 144. I will be closer than ever to my final goal weight which is 128.

Well, down 1.2 pounds, most likely not gonna make my goal weight but hopefully I can get as close as possible.

My weight fluctuated wildly this week, so I'm happy to be back at 97.6. I'm really being strict so hoping for a loss over this week.

I am feeling pretty good right now! a serious effort is being made to control my portions and i refuse to eat till im stuffed, instead aiming for a half full feeling.

One more pound between now and New Year's Eve should be doable though this is the longest I'll be going without an actual workout since July. My normal activity level is way up though from Christmas preparations so that should help a little. Happy Holidays all!
