The gyms and health clubs are going to be packed on January 2nd, why not beat the rush?


Pick a day of the week to weigh in, set a goal and track here. So for example

For me, this will be the last year I can play Santa without the use of prosthetic belly. Ho! Ho! Ho!

This is my last month of the year to make the most change I can for 2012! I'm so excited, I plan on making this month epic just in time for the new year and the new lifestyle!

I'll weigh in this Thursday and go from there. My goal this month is less lofty than the less one - namely due to the reality of Xmas parties and several days at my MIL's, which tends to have a lot of M&Ms kicking around, but not too much gym equipment (plenty of good walking, though).


Anyway, I'm going to try to hit 295 by the end. If I do better, I'll obviously be upset.

Final push for 2012!


Going away for a week so one of my weigh ins will be late - not planning to lose as much this month because of trip & holidays but I don't intend to be gaining any weight either!

It's been quite a bit lower than that the last couple of days after a huge drop last week. So this is probably all just water weight going back and forth.


Either that or someone was feeding me Gyros while I was asleep last night.

Goal weight is... 143, going for just under 5 pounds. If I make it, I will be lower than I got to the last time I lost weight, which was 144. I will be closer than ever to my final goal weight which is 128.

That looks a lot better than it was, I was 310.5 on December 2, and 311 on December 4. Though that's still pretty good so far.
