Welcome to the December challenge. Same principle as November, just lose what you want, post when you want. Aim for 7lbs as a guide. Together we can make it happen.

With the Christmas holidays, anyone losing 7 lbs in december will be my hero :)

December 1st : 230.3 lbs
 
I am in, but I don't weigh myself till wednesday, and I don't weigh myself again till January 2, is that ok to be off by a few days??
 
OMG I AM DEFINITELY GONNA LOSE 7 LBS BEFORE CHRISTMAS!! this is my LAST chance lmao. i've been "putting it off" for like 4 months.. and if i don't do it now before new year's i never will..

i am soo in. im 126.4 now.. so 6.4 is my minimum gogal

I'd like to join the challenge!

I'm sure I can lose 7 pounds by then......hopefully that happens otherwise I'm going to look like an overly confident tool come the end of December :D

I'll play. Not likely I'd hit 7 pounds in the month, but I've got 2 weeks of lots of walking coming up - you never know!

12/1/07 = 152.4 / 150.2 (trend / scale).
12/8/07 = 150.4 / 146.0 (trend / scale).
12/15/07 = 149.3 / 149.0 (trend / scale).
12/22/07 = 148.4 / 145.6 (trend / scale).

7 pounds would be 145.4 / 143.2. 144 is the point at which my BMI changes from "overweight" to "normal" - wouldn't that be a nice way to start the new year!

Dec 4: 112.8
Dec 5: 113.0

Very disconcerning. But I'm just coming off of starving myself as of Dec 2. Dang... gaining half a pound a day on 600-800 calories? Pleaaase don't let it continue!
 
Message - between 600 and 800 calories a day could not have been healthy for you.

Good luck with a newer, healthier method.

I'm down 1lb for the month so far. Although I've been working hard this past week, for some reason the scale just hasn't been budging. So I'll take the 1lb loss which brings me into the 140's, a small milestone.

1st dec 07 - 161.5 (goal = 154.5lb)
2nd dec 07 - 160.5
3rd dec 07 - 161 (eh)
4th dec 07 - 161 (same same)
7th dec 07 - 160.5 (better)
8th dec 07 - 158.5 (woohoo in the 150s)

December weight loss so far - 3lb

I would call it A GIANT MILESTONE

Ha...I'm in. Currently standing at 125 lbs. 6 more lbs to go for December, which means I should be at 119 by the time New Years hits. We shall see.....

Like you said, whether it's 1 pound or 3 it's still a loss so congrats. Those 1 lb losses can add up so don't give up, you're doing great.
