Weight-Loss Daily Exercise Challenge 2!

So since the old one is 24 pages long and was started like 2 yrs ago I though I would make a new one.
Goal is to exercise for 30 mins, 7 days a week!
Can be whatever exercises you want, just post at the end of the day what you did.
Ready...Set...

GO!!
 
Walked for 30 minutes non stop at a moderate pace.
 
I shopped for over 3 hours :p hopefully that counts, and I ran about for an hour in my work, which is more than usual.
 
Alright. I'm in.

Thursday: Walked for 20 minutes. Ran for 20 minutes. Strength trained for 30 minutes. That's a total of 70 minutes. Whoow :D
 
Alright so thursday

walked dogs for about 40 ish minutes
5 min stationary bike (warm up)
25 mins weight lifting
25 mins cardio (arch, rower)
60 mins riding my horse

total
155 mins
 
Thursday

Walked non stop for 35 mins

Also walked after that stopping and starting

In total walked about 4/5 miles
 
30 mins a day

i only started yesterday. m still a newbie. lol! wish me luck!

yesterday-30 mins cardio (10 bike, 10 treadmill, 10 cross trainer)

today so far - 15 mins fast walk outside (x 2)


hopefully will do a bit more 2day. fingers crossed.

oh yeah did 100 situps/ab crunches yesterday aswell

2day - done 15mins of gymball 2day n den free weights + the 100 situps

ne1 know of any good gymball workouts...dvd or book. for beginners. i tried the dvd i got free today and it wos tooo much 4 me....plz plz plz

50 min cardio step class

Total 70 mins

my aim 2 do that one day.

no wurries. i might find a different excercise to do.

brilliant idea!!!... im gonna start using my perdometer!!!!! if i fynd it!!

DAY 3- 1st dec

excersice- 100 situps, 7and1/2 mins bike, 7 and 1/2 mins cross trainer, 15 mins treadmill.


might do some weights later 2day.;)

Day 4

ok i've been using my pedometer 2day but i aynt done many steps. been sitting infront of this computer most of the day. I blame the assignments for my weight (even though i havn't actually done any today) lol!

DAY 4 - 2nd dec 07

15 mins waist workout
15 mins weights
100 situps


not as vigorous as yesterday. will try and do some cardio tomorow.

Today was my lazy day, but I did 6 hard workouts this week so I don't feel bad. I really didn't do anything today

thort i'll post my pedometer results

DAY 4 - 4302 steps (not nearly enough), 0.883 miles ?????(is that it), 161.2 cals lost ( i suppose thats something if it's true)

see what i mean. Must do better today.
