Cultivating patience

I kind of dread the idea of it being anxiety, cause then I how do make it better?
By taking excellent care of yourself, as I'm sure you already try to do. Could it be that your relative inactivity due to the knee injury increased your anxiety? I get more anxious when I can't move much for a couple of days so maybe things will just slowly get easier now that your mobility is increasing and you know there's no big health scare waiting for you.
 
I'm still not fully convinced it's not physical, at least partially. I'm gonna check if I could get some tests done for any possible nutritional problems. The knee has is worse than it was a couple of weeks ago. I kind of dread the idea that it may not ever recover fully.
