By taking excellent care of yourself, as I'm sure you already try to do. Could it be that your relative inactivity due to the knee injury increased your anxiety? I get more anxious when I can't move much for a couple of days so maybe things will just slowly get easier now that your mobility is increasing and you know there's no big health scare waiting for you.I kind of dread the idea of it being anxiety, cause then I how do make it better?
