yeah man fo' real.

today i met up with that kid again, he does iso workouts. he wanted to do shoulders so i figured why the hell not. I haven't done shoulders in mad long.

first we did like a 2 exercise thing

dumb bell press to side raises
35 x 12 then 15 x 12
45 x 12 then 15 x 7
50 x 6 or 7 then 15 x 3
(something like this, didn't write it down)

then we did a 3 exercise thing

barbell press then upright rows then shrugs

50 x 12, 50 x 12, 50 x 12
50 x 12, 50 x 12, couldnt shrug anymore
50 x 12, 50 x 7

then we went to the shurg machine

i ran for a bit untill i burned around 200 calories as well.
