thanks dude, someone was telling me to do that even when i was young, i forgot who tho, i guess everything stays with you throughout life, you just can't control when it comes up.

30 x 12 on each leg ( felt like i had to throw up and then went to the bathroom, number 2 ) so I stopped. These are so insanely hard I wasn't expecting it.

You bench more than you deadlift - pretty freaky. Do you have a back problem?

g8 I dunno if you still even read this but I told you I would get you a picture of my back bent over. How it doesn't go straight. What do you think?
 
also i figured I'd finally post some progress pics. There is noticable differances everywhere except for my stomach. I haven't lost lbs either.

got to start running. i'm filling up my blackberry with tunes and grabbing some headphones so i have no more excuses.

Well now that you have been building your muscle, yeah, getting that cardio going is going to make the difference for you.

I basically did something similar. I was doing just weights when I started, and with eating right I wasn't losing *ANY* weight, BUT I could see the shape of my body was changing. I could see ( and feel) that I had muscle, and gotten stronger, so I added the cardio, and I started to drop in weight.

However, I'm not bulking/cutting. I eat at maintenance and build muscle and lose fat. It's really slow going, but I prefer it this way.

Really? Is that how you do bent rows? You need to bring your head up and shoulders back.

If this is the case you should lay on your belly and do the superman to work your back. For heavy rows you should try a piece of equipment that supports you chest to help you stay straight.

You have the beef on you, just need to drop the fat, like me. I need to join you with the running.

Cg, sorry, I missed that post. Yeah, your back is much more curved than mine. I am not nearly that flexible.

Well thats the thing big homie. I cant reach the bar when i do rows unless i bend my back some what. i do sit with improper form almost all of the time. i think that's what is causing it.

and yeah man we got to keep eachother motivated for the running. by the time i end my routine on MWF all i want to do is take a freaking nap.

I was so lame today lol. I was 2 min from my gym and i was hungry with no money. so i was like hmm i cant run if im really hungry. guess im not running.

I just got to get myself into a cardio routine. once i'm in a routine i'm fine, getting there is the prob

The best way to do that is to do what neonlady did and sign up and pay for a 5K. That will motivate you.

well my deads are having some serious issues.

1. which i think is the biggest problem is once i get to 175/195 lbs my grips on my hands feel like they're going to fall off!

2. my lower back hurts a tiny bit when doing the deads sometimes. dunno if its normal pain or what.
