thanks dude, someone was telling me to do that even when i was young, i forgot who tho, i guess everything stays with you throughout life, you just can't control when it comes up.

225 x 8 ( so FU*$Ing happy about this, I did the happy dance in the gym )
Pullups:

70 x 9 (finally moved up on these as well (almost did the happy dance )
Bulgarian Split Squats:
30 x 12 on each leg ( felt like i had to throw up and then went to the bathroom, number 2 ) so I stopped. These are so insanely hard I wasn't expecting it.
