Its gonna be the Colts and Packers in the SB anyway.

Sin City was pretty damn good. Sure it was weird, but it was comical (filmed, not funny wise).
 
So completely fooked right now! got up at 7 and worked from 9am till 4 pm labouring in the sun lifting **** all day up stairs. Got cramps and mega headache and then to top it of i went to the gym and did shoulders but i decided to skip my legs as they where cramping all day. I probably sweted like 6 liters of water today! I did a 4 min walk on the treadmill after my shoulders and my legs just went crazy and i could hardly walk :eek: I think i am going to bed early tonight :)

battlestar galactica is a series, right? Lately I've been trying to catch up on the classics, star trek, MASH, etc.. since I'm so young, I've kinda missed many of them.
aren't there like a million seasons? and is it any good? is it worth watching?

Haven't watched Battlestar Galactica since the 80's, the fact it's still around and has loads of weirdo fans suggests it's probably good

your probably thinking of Stargate. But both of them are pretty lame and geeky and not even in a good way like star wars.
 
There is a "new" Battlestar Gallactica series that started on sci-fi channel in the US just a few years ago. It is absolutely fantastic. One of the few shows I actually watch/follow.

It is loosely based on the old hoky BSG series from the 70s, but it is nothing like it.
 
sig, what's the name of that series so I know what to follow and how to separate it from all the other battlestar galactica stuff?

Karky - It's called Battlestar Galactica, so your best bet is to know what BSG eps your looking for.

This series began with a 3 hour "pilot" before the first season. It's crucial to see that before watching Season 1. First episode of season 1 is called "33." There are currently three complete seasons of the show. There is also a 2 hour movie called "Razor" that is considered the start of Season 4 (though it chronologically happened earlier in the series).

Right now, the show is on hiatus. It wasn't supposed to start airing new eps until winter at the earliest, but with the writer's strike, this is even more complicated. There has also been talk that NBC will use this as on network programming, if the strike lingers. This might push season 4 airing even further behind, because then nothing new would come out until the rest of the show airs.

As for getting the eps, the first two seasons are out on DVDs. There are also other ways of finding these things. Hehe.

My recommendation: Follow the episode list & start from the beginning and do NOT let anyone spoil you. Don't try to read too much about the show now, or you will see all sorts of info that will make it slightly less enjoyable. The show still rocks, though!
 
will watching the movie before starting with season 1 ruin anything for me?
