Yep, she talked about how beer has a "anti cancer" ingredient, essential vitamins and how you wont get fat from beer because it has 0grams of fat. Now, the thousands of people who were watching her on TV are gonna say "wow i can drink alll the beer I want" and when they get fat...they will wonder

I was watching "MANswers" last night on Spike TV, and it had this female nutritionist talking about how beer is good for you. How beer has essential vitamins and nutrients. she also said the "beer gut" is a myth because beer has 0 fat...rofl..what an idiot...

I had a friend from Alabama and his beer of choice was Natty. You cant go wrong when its 5 bucks for a 12 pack. I remember my days of drinking 40 oz Old English. Ahh good times.

I got in a argument with a couple older friends about the "high rep myth". They were saying high reps make you more toned and cut, we all know that isn't correct. And since they are both bigger than me, with bigger guns, when i started telling them that they are wrong and started explaining the "science" behind getting toned they told me i need to stop reading off the internet, i know im right, but couldn't really say **** because they both train as well and are bigger than me. Meh.

When one of them said that he got his bicep cut by doing high rep, i told him its because he lost some weight and the loss of fat made him more toned, but he didn't believe me.

Beginners will gain no matter their weight/rep relationship, so long as they eat and lift.
