yeah. CA is the work you do during the construction phase. Dealing the with the client and the construction manager. Solving problems on the fly and watching the building go up. You learn a ton. Plus you can be a dick to stupid ass contractors LOL.

good way to be out there and make new connections in the field. I've met a ton of good people and they will really help you out if you scratch their back once in a while. then of course there is alway the total dumbass who you have to make rip down all the ductwork, or tear out all the plumbing because they screwed it up so bad.

Ahh right, i dont do much liasing with clients etc just yet. Half of the time tho its the architects who do things wrong! They dont realise that we work on like 9 jobs at a time!!
