I've been limiting myself to around 1000 calories max a day. Normally between 800-1000. And then I work out almost every night at the gym after work for 1 hour on the elliptical. But I'm not just eating 800 calories of crap, I'm making healthy choices. Mostly veggies/fruits, limited bread items, healthy fats like avacados and I'm eating many small meals through the day.
This part prob won't sound very healthy but I eat a bowl of cereal at 5:30am before work, then at 8:30 or 9 I have something like oatmeal or anything really around 150 calories. Then lunch at 11am is half sandwich no cheese no dressings, cup of soup, veggies fruits whatever and then I have a snack at 1:30 of an apple or 100 calorie bag of popcorn, and then if I'm hungry a small snack at 3:30pm. I get off work at 5 and then I go to the gym and I don't eat after that last snack. Seems to be working!
