Club 200 Plus

I have a question for all the ladies...do you all notice your endurance and energy go down during pms week? I find that my workouts are very hard during this time. I get more out of breath and feel generally more lethargic!

I have the same issue; when I have my TOM my workouts exhaust me and I find I even have to dial it back a little bit.

Hi...

I am pretty new to this site and so far have got alot of insight from all of you. I started out at 265 lbs, but am now down to 252 in just one week, I don't know how it happened, but it did and I'm not starving myself for once. I do have to fight those evening muchies or cravings, but I've just been working out, being active ya know and got rid of all the junk food, so I am only keeping healthy food in the house (those of you who are addicted to food know what I'm talking about : )). Overall, I think that this is a great forum and everyone is so supportive. So rock on everyone, I know we can do this!!!:seeya:
 
I saw 200.4 this morning! YAY!

As much as I feel a part of this group, I cannot wait to see that 199.9 in about half a pound!! SOOOOOOOOO EXCITED!
 
Gah. The 200's can't let me go! I'm back up to 200.8... of course, I guess I kind of expected that after such a greasy lunch yesterday, but still! It kind of sucks to see the 200's again.

Im really interested in joining this club, is it too late?

Also, is there any challenges that this club is having that I can join.

Im currently at 267.7 and I really would like to reach the 100s.

I started at 290.4 in July.

My highest weight was 299.2

Im currently trying to keep up to a 1200+ calories with more vege & protein.

i hope im not too late!
 
Down 3 1/2 lbs this week. Quite happy with that even though I know that I had put on 2 last week so that's why I have a good number this week. Next week I'm not so sure about - have a lot of socialising to do in the next few days!
 
Congratulations 1000monkeys. You went down so far! Thats a very big achievement! Very hard to do and you did it!

You are such a motivator for others!

I occasionally read your diary to find out what you are doing to make you the top loser. A few times you were the top loser on the weight loss table.

I still have almost 30 lbs to lose before I can drop out of this particular club. That's better than the nearly 57 lbs I had to lose at the beginning, though.
 
:D Progress is progress, however you slant it. Great job so far!
 
Thanks Cybermama. I just do my best when I can and don't sweat it too much when I slip up.

As for motivating other people . . . I never thought about that, feels weird! I'm not usually a guy that motivates people, I'm usually the guy that drags them down to my level :D

I would like to join this club :).
When I started my diet on 9/18 I weighed 295.4, I just weighed myself today and I weigh 280.4. I can't believe I lost 15lbs in less then 2 weeks. I know as I keep loosing weight it will get harder but I am up for the challenge. I'm sick of being overweight. All of my friends are twigs compared to me (but of course they all love me for who I am).

I've been getting royally frustrated with bouncing between 200.8 and 199.5
I guess I'll just cut back my weighing in and up my exercise. :( Makes me sad.

Don't worry, you'll get down there and stay there! Just keep up the good work. :)

I've lost about 5 since the beginning of this month. If I work really hard, I can squeak out another 4 by the end of the month, but if I don't that's ok. ;D
 
Ok. I weighed in at 198.6, and I'm not weighing myself again until Tuesday (we'll see how that goes...)

So far so good!

I hope to stay under 200 and keep going down until I reach my goal. I never want to come back. :) You understand.

I am having such a hard time this week. For some reason I am so hungry all the time. I am eating the same things as I have been the last 2 weeks. I hope it gets better.

How is everyone else doing today?
 
Yay!! I weighed myself this morning and I lost 3lbs bring the total weight loss too 18lbs. still got a long way to go though.
 
Hi I am new to this furum and new to diet, I started last week at 251 and you know those early fast drops, after only 6 days I am at 243.5
I don't think it's real weight loss yet but I hope it keeps me motivated to continue.

Been too busy this last week to attend weight watchers so I'll have to wait until next week to weigh myself. Have a feeling the scales won't be kind though - been out a LOT :D

Congrats to everyone who's down and encouragement and positive thoughts for all.
