Been reading this thread on/off past couple days... good job, and good luck to those who are still pushing hard... this really gave me some motivation to push harder, change up my meal habits and workout habits

btw 254.4 as of this morning, down from 280 (that was in May), lookin at 200 by Jan 1st, and 170 with muscle shortly thereafter .
