Hey Englan! Welcome to the forum. My highest weight was also 235 and today I'm 218....trying hard to get out of the 200s!!

I haven't joined this club yet, but might as well while I'm here! My short term goal is to get to 199 by October 25th of this year. My long term goal is to get to between 150 and 130....anywhere in between is healthy for me. My plan in action is limiting calories to below 2,000 a day and eating high fiber, high protein, low calorie food....and to exercise every day. I like cardio workouts(dvds), hand weights, walking, swimming, biking and crunches
Rollerblading is fun...but it's been a long while since I've done it. When it gets cooler outside I'll start that up again. Well, hopefully I'll be out of this club in November!!
