Hi guys, I'm a newbie and sure hoped I wouldn't join this club, but here I am and I must say I enjoy the company after all.
This is my second post. My first was on the intro thread for newbies. There I told the sad tale of dieting for 8 days, walking every morning ...
And today on weigh in day, I'd gained a pound and a half. Gaaak!
So...... starting at 180, GW: 139, current weight ... 181.5.
I think I'm doing the right things, I'm not new to weight loss and am doing what worked before. EXCEPT I'm 52 now and was 47 the last time I was at GW, and lots of changes in my estrogen level in between. Could "the change" be the culprit?
Sigh.
BUT I'm not giving up!
