Club 160s

cheers, i tend to have some sort of cheat evening a couple times a month, tends to keep me motivated.problem is not doing it too often:( . saying that i dont crave the same higher fat fat foods as often as i did before.
well i have weighed in at 164 -165 the last few days so im staying positive. going on holiday in june with the family, whom i havent seen since i was nearly 16 stone. cant wait to see the looks on their faces. im hoping to be out out of the 160`s by then and out of the obese catagory into overweight. slim

Ok then. Well I hope you're keeping your spirits up and sticking at it. :) Remember that summer weather will be here soon and you will wanna look your best in your summer clothes. :)

I am weighing in at 161 and a 1/4 lbs... 1/4lb to go and I've lost 2 stone, then another lb and I'm off to the 50s thread. *Excited* :D
 
I was looking everywhere for a 160s thread!

I've been stuck in the 160s for quite a while now, and have finally re-focused myself. Hoping I'm not hear for long. My goal is 130-135 and to be able to maintain.

hi everyone, weighed in at 162.6 lbs today, so hopefully the scales are on the move again. fingers crossed i should be out of the 160`s by the end of the month and for my holiday in june:cool: going to get myself a tankini i think, if im brave enough. cover up the wobbly belly:eek: slim
 
Geez Sarah how do you work out like that and not pass out! If I ate that few calories my metabolism would stop. I have a real problem with my metabolism anyways. I have hypotyroidism. What fun! :rolleyes: Right now I am bouncing between 166 and 163. i've only just begun to get real motivated about losing. I feel great about getting off the computer today and getting on the elliptical and lifting some weights. I didn't do to well on the elliptical though. I had to stop and get back on it three times just to get 20 minuites in.:eek: But I'm ksttriving for prgress not perfection!:)
 
ah man, I got some bad news last week and responded by, well....going off my diet! I wasn't binging or doing anything crazy, but I ofund it hard to motivate myself... Now I know there are more important things in life than how much you weigh.
But this is still something I need and want very much to do so I've got to give it another big push to get out of the 160s!!!!
Going to the gym later, wish me luck!!!
 
weighed in at 160.2 lbs this am, so fingers crossed i`ll be out of here soon. nothing personal, but i just want to see that 6 turn into a 5.

YesICanDoIt... We all fall off the wagon sometimes, I've done it too the last couple of weeks. Lets get back on track, yeh?

I've slid back up to 164lbs... but I'm not staying here. :D 5lbs to lose, and I want it gone by 9th June which gives me 2 weeks.

well ive packed my bags and waiting for the train to the 150`s club. waves bye bye and good luck. although its not my official weigh in day till thursday, i cant wait. i am now 157.6 and hope that my scales dont go up too much before thursday.

Demented I just stopped by to say congrats on reaching the 160's. I hope your stay here is short. You have almost kicked aside 100 lbs......amazing.

I slipped yet further towards the 70s... now sitting up at 166. But I am not staying here :D gonna join you in the 50s in a few weeks.
