cheers, i tend to have some sort of cheat evening a couple times a month, tends to keep me motivated.problem is not doing it too often . saying that i dont crave the same higher fat fat foods as often as i did before.
well i have weighed in at 164 -165 the last few days so im staying positive. going on holiday in june with the family, whom i havent seen since i was nearly 16 stone. cant wait to see the looks on their faces. im hoping to be out out of the 160`s by then and out of the obese catagory into overweight. slim
