Club 160s

I haven't seen anything fun in this club lately. I'll maybe start a convo.... (not very good at this. What is everyone doing to lose weight??? (nice and general lolll)
 
Hey!

Well at the moment, I'm doing low cals with refeeds on weekends and a bit of exercise. From next week I'll be changing it to higher cals and more exercise with cardio + weights and I get a cheat day on the weekend.

I like changing stuff up a lot otherwise I get bored. Hopefully it won't be too long till we leave here. Seems quiet, no?

But I'm glad to be here!!

I've been losing weight through a low-calories diet high in protein and fiber. Nothing crazy- just healthy food.
I tend to undereat, as I've been under terrible stress for the last few months. I definitely feel that my metabolissm has slowed down due to this... I try to rev it up with exercise when i can...but I have four kids, not much time and a tendency to feel depressed. I know more exercise could help with this, but I often feel like there's just no point....

But I need to keep positive! i can't believe that I've lost nearly 60 lbs. And in a short while, i imagine that I'll be jumping over to the 150's thread. I hope so, anyway
 
Hey im new to this site, ive just reached 169 about a week ago but no weight loss since then.. anyone have any tips on getting to the 150's?
 
I'm new here! Starting weight 167lbs. Hoping to lose about 1lb a week, putting me in the 150s club by Xmas *fingers crossed*
 
Hello I'm 165 at the mo and pretty desperate to get to the 150's club fast! I'm looking for a challenge, any ideas?
 
Here I am 168.8. Hope my stay isnt too long. Which way is the door to the 150 club? Dont want to miss getting there in the shortest time.

I'm finally here! I may just barely be here at 169 1/2 lbs but I'm here! I just hope I don't stay here as long as I stayed in the 170's club.
 
Welcome! I've been in here for a few months now. Haven't been able to get things straight. Finally started to make some changes and now I'm making my way DOWNN. :)
 
Should be joining tomorrow or tuesday i hope. Come onn!! =D
