Club 140s

So I'm 142.8 today. I hope I am 142 on sun, mon 141, tues 140 and wed 139.

Well I am far from the 140s. Hovering in the 150s. Hopefully soon by next week I will be back to the 140s.
 
151.8 lbs. Getting closer to the 140s. Hopefully on Mon I'll reach there.

Hello everybody, I'm currently 141 lb, so hopefully I'll be out of this club in a near future ! But I don't put myself time limits, I lose weight when I lose weight basically lol

I weigh myself only in Monday mornings, so I guess I'll post my progression on here every Monday :)

I'm currently stuck in the 180's Club, but fighting to get out! lol :boxing:
 
Hey there! Happy to join this club as I hit 148.2 this morning and therefore am finally out of the 150's! I have to admit, I thought perhaps my scale was broken, so weighed myself several times before believing it - but also didn't want to jinx it! Working hard to keep going lower - I have another 20 to lose.

My inspiration (some of it), in no particular order:

1) Going on vacation to Scandinavia in a few months, and really don't want to be a fat American amongst a bunch of beautiful European women.

2) I want to keep this momentum up and want it to be real

3) My health, not just looks

4) Vanity and pride, also

5) Moving to Boston and starting a big job soon - want to start it off on the right foot

6) To be a positive example for my clients

7) Need to see if I can really do this or if I'm "stuck for life" and "destined to be fat"

8) Want to fit into my old clothes and to be able to buy new clothes I like

9) To stop feeling embarrassed!
 
Have been stuck at 145.8 for weeks now! Glad I am not gaining, but ready to be out of this club! Let's go 130's.....hopefully soon.....
 
I wish more people were posting in this forum! Come on 140 people - I know you're out there!! I hit 144.4 today.
 
I 'm at this club at the moment after a lot of time i was in the lower club. After summer holidays where i let myself relax without caring enough about calories intake i'm now trying to get my weight in the point before holidays at the start and then continue with my programme diet.
 
Still stuck in the 140's and I think I know why. Have not been exercising and have not been meal planning. I got some bad news about my heart and was told not to exercise. However, I think I can still walk as long as my heart rate doesn't get too high. This is really awful news, but I'm hoping it can be fixed. I will be finding out more soon...
 
During this week i don't really see any progress in weight loss. I have remained at the same point as i was one week before. It's really hard to get to the point i was before holidays.
