Hey guys!! I thought i'd make a challenge since i've never done it before and it seems like fun fun fun fun:):)


Also to be honest, i need to keep being motivated and i have slacked off BIGTIME the last 3 weeks. So i thought what can keep me motivated? And i thought of christmas! I mean when i started dieting( 3 months ago) i always wanted to be much slimmer by December 22nd ( i know the random date is abit weird but then again, i am abit random!:p hehe)


ANYWAY THATS 73 DAYS TO GET SUPER FIT AND LOSE WEIGHT!! I know we can do it guys!!:grouphug:


This challenge is for everyone and anyone that wants to keep motivated from now to christmas so they dont fall off the bandwagon! I know im certainly going to be using it as i really want to shift a good amount of weight from now to late December!:) So therefore ALL IS WELCOME HERE:)


So the plan is to pick the day of the week that suits you best to weigh in weekly and stick to it from now to Decemeber the 22nd( right in time for eating nice food in christmas time and enjoying the celebrations :D) It doesnt matter if anyone slips up from now to then but we can all support one another,

Goal for Christmas to lose about 10-15 kg or 22-33 lbs. Which is a pretty steady weightloss of 1-1.5kg/week (2.2 - 3.3 lbs/week)


I'll be weighing in every Monday;


Oct-10: 104kg (229.3 lb)

Oct-17: 103.1kg (227.3 lb) -0.9kg (1.98 lb)

Oct-24: 104.1kg (229.5 lb) +1.0kg (2.2 lb)

AI'll do this too :). My weight went up because of all the bad food I ate this thanksgiving :(. I'm sure it'll go down, but right now I feel like crap. I'll weight in tomorrow and do this the same days as you :D.

I'm so excited for this. I really think this will hold me accountable and make me stick to eating right and getting into a good workout routine!

If I can get to 195 by Christmas, then hopefully I can get to 185 by my cruise at the end of January!

AOOohhhhh. I'm up for this challenge!!!!!
I am actually gonna try and aim for my target weight of 160 for this challenge so i need to lose 19lb!!!! It's a hard one but with your help i am hopeful! I will need to lose 2lb a week. Fingers crossed.

People can include there calorie intake and exercise consumption if they want to. This thread is basically for motivation and and to write down your prorgress from now to chriiiiiistmas time :D

This is exactly what I've been looking for! Nothing motivates like a group challenge! I'm new here but hopefully you guys can find some space for meeee :D

Until recently I've been doing pretty well, and then DUN DUN DUN THANKSGIVING! BAM! And the eating wouldn't stop for like two weeks leading up to thanksgiving, so now I need a good 'ol kick in the butt! Some accountability shall do me good. I like the dates above, so I'll just be tagging on ^^

Oooh Can I join? I am new on here but have put on 3 stone since I stopped smoking a year ago :( so I figured it's time to stop blaming the lack of cigs and start doing something about it - but would be an excellent challenge to join cos maybe my Christmas party dresses may fit lol

Yes, my post has a title, and everything, because it is significant. Because I am at a crossroads right now- Been eating bad for 4 weeks and gained 6lbs. Getting into the habit of sugary coffees and multiple desserts again. And we all know that multiple desserts = multiple chins. I could be slim and fabulous by christmas, or I could have put on 20 pounds. Its up to me. Hmmmm.... My aim is to lose 15 pounds by Christmas :D

Yup. The diet failed. Temporarily. Hopefully. Its been ages since I changed my signature. From now on, my weight is only going to stay the same or go down. This up shit isn't good enough.
