Hey guys!! I thought i'd make a challenge since i've never done it before and it seems like fun fun fun fun
Also to be honest, i need to keep being motivated and i have slacked off BIGTIME the last 3 weeks. So i thought what can keep me motivated? And i thought of christmas! I mean when i started dieting( 3 months ago) i always wanted to be much slimmer by December 22nd ( i know the random date is abit weird but then again, i am abit random! hehe)
ANYWAY THATS 73 DAYS TO GET SUPER FIT AND LOSE WEIGHT!! I know we can do it guys!!
This challenge is for everyone and anyone that wants to keep motivated from now to christmas so they dont fall off the bandwagon! I know im certainly going to be using it as i really want to shift a good amount of weight from now to late December! So therefore ALL IS WELCOME HERE
So the plan is to pick the day of the week that suits you best to weigh in weekly and stick to it from now to Decemeber the 22nd( right in time for eating nice food in christmas time and enjoying the celebrations ) It doesnt matter if anyone slips up from now to then but we can all support one another,
