wow, you rock cerella!!

i'm doing pretty good about staying w/i my cal range. Monday I went overboard, but i've been good since then. I have to up my water and excersize, i'm not seeing the scale move like I'd hoped.

Today I chose to have an apple for a snack even though I wanted some chocolate..yay me!
 
I wanted to add another 800 cals to lastnights total of 1100 so new total 1900 I dont wanna add but I shared some PENSTATION With the kiddies.
I am doinggood today so far,.......KORRIE I feel like that I get to where I say I am a 14 now not a 22 I weigh 190ish not 255 I am Ok with it but not HAPPY there is a big difference I need to face it I probally won't be happy until I hit 160's-150's.There is just too much fat on me that it hard to camaflage anymore.HAVE A GOOD DAY GALS

my weight loss has been pretty slow...i might have to really step up my excersize and water intake.

I had the yummiest thing for dinner tonight...a turkey sausage rolled up in a tortia wrap w/ a slice of ff cheese then I grilled the wrap for a minute...260 cals..yummy!!

I spent 2 hours cleaning my bedroom well I put a small dent in it plsu O forgot to mention in my diary I walked about 20 miuntes 10-13 blocks to school for free lunch summer program and the last day for that was weds so I had to haul 7 kids back home by myself lol!MY LUCK once again.

Hey! I've done a totally turn around too!!! ** pouts** j/k!!!

I've walked 7.5 miles the last 2 days!!! and I havn't been out of my cal range for almost 2 wks!!!!

mind you I'm still not seeing the scale move much GRRRRRRR but it will..keep the faith korrie, it will!!!

WTG both of you!!! I'm so blessed to have such wonderful,supportive and motivated friends!
 
Awwww Your are doing greatto I just try to worded it differently with each person so it doesn't look like a HIT AND RUN type thing hahaha...
Hmmmm Maybe we can push each other to say maybe a -3lb loss by friday???

Excellent Tammy I need to by a new exercise ball so I can start doign my ab work agian...damn cats popped them both - tiem to buy a puncter proof one!

Great job Cerella Fast food is so evil alltho someon here was saying Mcdonalds ice cream in a cone isn't bad at all?
