70 mins - 650 cals burnt - that baby man it beat me into submission as satsaints would say...

I did the areobic program - 10 mins + on leave 8 I was whining and crying and begging for mercey at one point nad was fantasizing abt beating the shit outta it and throwing it over hte railing when I was done with it...

I am sweatin like oyu wouldnt believe - mare thnI ever have before I think...I was wondering who was gonna give me cpr...

LMAO...I was reading your menue "CERELLA" and I couldhave swore it said patriotic bread and red whit and blue colored bread thoughts went through my head lol must be these shakes haha.
Anyway I am going to get a walk in later but nothing to hectic since I am on a LOW calorie for 2 days these shakes are 100 cals a peice because you mix with water,I must say doesn't taste bad and I am not hungry yet and I have done 2 so far with 1 more to go for dinner.I am going to have a glass of 100 % apple juice for a snack and lots of water.YAY I am on the right track.CONGRATS CERELLA you and that e;iptical get along so well!!Keep up the gr8 work!
KORRIE,Being a mommy is very hard I have 4 as you know 15 months-9 years plus babysitt 3 and then theres my hubby (child #5)lol anyway i FIND MYSELF MAKING 3 different meals at dinnertime because I am dieting kids are picky and so is hubby!!It gets hectic but we have to realize they need us and we need to hear for them for a long time to watch them graduate and get married and have a us some grandkids(A LONGGGGGG TIME FROM NOW):eek: !!!!Anyway you get the picture us gals have to take care of ourselves so we can live a longggg healthy life.HAVE A NICE DAY I will check in 1 more time tonight.

UPDATE!!I wound up eating dinner and a snack but it was good
my breakfast in a bag w/a mini sunny D and 1 piece of lite wheat toast
(280)1 Breyers 1/2 sugar ice cream sand I am still on the LOW side opf the cals my new total is ---->610 I also walked 1/2 mile and died in the heat for 2 hours watching my kids double header.The air was horrible no breaze muggier than ever this year.

How'd you girls do yesterday?? looks like your both kicking butt!!! And your right Tammy...we have to think about our future too, not just the now!

So, heres another day, stuck at 215 :( I'm trying not to get discouraged. I've been doing GREAT durning the day..really good..but then I have been struggling w/ nighttime eating which is whats sabatoging my weight loss efforts. I HAVE to get over that!! I still feel like with as good as i've been doing during the day, I should have dropped something by now. Like I said in my diary..i have an all or nothing mind, maybe i have an all or nothin body too! lol.

OK OK Update NO ELIPTICAL BUT I got this boost of energy and drug my stationary bike out into the livingroom so I can watch TV and did 5.5 miles in 27 minutes totaling 271 calories burned and then I did 5 minutes in arm weights and 75 crunches.
We are having some bad thunderstorms off and on all day and night so I hopped on the 1st exersice oppurtunity so I can get it in.

KORRIE Hold that head up high girl it will happen maybe add an extra 100 cal snack at night to help with the latenight craving.I saved my ice cream sandwhich for lastnight after walking and after grocery shopping for bad food and I am glad I had the 130 cal ice cream sand instead of the 700 calorie cheese sticks I through in my cart!

Gooooood morning ladies :D How's everyone today? I'm great, FINALLY got a pound off!! yay!! Sooo happy!! I can't wait to see that number drop even more!! I can feel a change in me, I"m not as dependant on chocolate as I thought I was, lol. I'm kept my hands busy last night cross stitching and sucking on a piece of hard candy (30 cals for 5 pieces) And I did not eat any junk at all last night!! yay!!

Howdy Gal's,I lost 3 lbs so far I felt like I may have pulled off that 7lb loss with the 2 day shake but heck lucky I made it through Break and Lunch lol.
As you know the weekend is here and for alot of us (me me me me)this is where the screw up plays in and I am going to try to not do bad.
KORRIE awesome plan by allowing "A" brownie so you won't feel deprived and go overboard like I do.I may have a lil something something but I dunno yet absence works better for me hahaha...
I did wind up eating different than the meneue I planned yesterday but I didn't go back and redo because cals should have been close anyhoo I ate dinner w/ my family and had a small kids portion of italian spaghetti w/ reduce fat parmesian and 1 smallest piece of garlic bred on the pan(3 bite size)lol I had orginally had down WW fettuchini for 340 cals so it looked about the same!!YAYA me I didn't over do it.

OK LETS KEEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND HAVE A FUN HEALTHY FIT WEEKEND,TAMMY

I'm thinking about pulling out of the weigh every day club...its not as exciting as stepping on the scales and seeing a 3 pd loss, you know?

not too bad the foods you put in your mouth that are loaded with

Sorry i've been MIA girls! I guess I keep forgetting we've got this thread!!

I havn't done a workout since saturday. It killed me the next day and to be honest, I'm a little afraid to do it again!!

I'm really looking forward to another loss this comming monday. I find myself thinking about abandoning my weight loss efforst here and there...just habit I suppose...but i've also been talking myself out of it...ITS SOOO NOT WORTH IT!!! I have to sit back and visualize the Me I want to be at christmas and the me I dont' want to be!! you know!?!?

I guess I need to start posting my food agian - Im eating wella dn such but my weight has stalled so Im unsure if it is sodium overload - I had way to much of it on Monday - I ate like 3/4 of a bag of salt and viniger crispers...

Yesturday I ate blueberries,yoguart tube,rest of crispers (prob like 1/2 cup)grapes,9- cals rice cake snack pack,1 small piece of pepporoni pizza and then roast beef,potatoes,carrots and a small piece of cake


Exercise yesturday was - 10.5 miles elliptical - 2 mile walk
Water 3 - 4 liters
