My goal is to get into onderland in the next 2 - 3 weeks...I will post my food and exercise and check in with weight 3 times a week - Mon , Wed and Fri...

I made it to 209 but I ate ham for dinner last night and I weighted in this am at 211.6 - sodium is a bitch!!! I will drink tons of water today and flush it out hopefull for tomorrows morning weigh in!!!
 
sounds like a plan girl!! You know I'm actually up to 215!!! it the highest I've EVER been! I"m sooo embarressed!

Howdy Cerella YAY for a gr8 thread!!My 1st goal is to make it back
where I left off for the umpteenth time!So 170's in 3 weeks which
I can do because the 1st week I always lose alot then 2-3 per afterwards.
I gained 2 more do to my 3 day long b-day hahaha.
Goodluck with weigh in I am sure the sodium played a big part for you and
me both so tomorrow should be better.

I think we should post exersice and estamated calories here to.
Maybe at the end of the night,because I did 1/2 my exersice but not all
yet.

Today - July 16th...

I was a little bad as in I only had 2 meals today and didnt consistantly eat my small meals/snacks...

Lunch

Boston Pizza

6 inch individual Barbeque Chicken Pizza
Garden Greens Salad
Diet Pepsi

Dinner

Spaghetti - 300
Garlic Bread - I dunno 200 ish
Glass of milk

1 small piece of cake ?

Water

3 or 4 liters of water

Exercise

10.5 miles Elliptical - 68 mins - 600 cals burnt
3 mile walk along the beach - 300 cals




 
well i just wanted to tell you girls to stay strong :D you can do this and don't you doubt it. i think writing your food down really helps in seeing what you're doing wrong. you can do it people :D we all can. i was thinking of joining this thread since i also want to get into onederland soon :) and more clubs and challenges the better :)

Good luck guys! Threads like this are great because they give you some accountability and remind you that (a) people are pulling for you, and (b) they're checking in to see your progress. Makes you want to hit your next goal, whatever it may be.

You'll all be there in no time! And... wow... 10.5 miles on the trainer is a ton. I wish I could hit that, but my legs would probably fall off first!

The elliptical isnt so bad however my feet do start gettin sore and my lgs start to buckle here and there and my toes get tingly and numb...
 
wow, you do the elliptical till your toes are numb?? thats dedication! I couldn't do it! I'm proud of you :)

Congrats Korrie I dropped a lb to but I don't want to make anything official until whenever my weigh in day is I like it being on Friday but I restarted my diet technically Monday what are your all"s opinon? This is when I will move my ticker but for our thread purposes I have lost a lb it said 191 so thats a start!
Gals we need to keep at this so the thread don't disapear along with our motivation OK DEAL!!
OK DAY 2 MEALS AND EXERSICES
Well here is what I ate today and what I plan to eat for snack and dinner.
Breakfast
1-100 cals sunny D (100 cals)
1 eggbeater bag with canadian bacon and FF cheese(125 cals)
LUNCH
1 turkey sand on lite wheat Ff cheese and mustard(170 cals)
1 nannah(120 cals)
SNACK
Breyers lite ice cream sandwhiche (140 cals)
DINNER
1 piece of baked chicken breast(200 cals)
3 servs mixed veggies(120 cals)
SNACK
Grapes (60 cals)
TOTAL CALORIES 1155

UPDATE I was in the mood so I went ahead and did some
EXERSICES 4.2 stationary bike(20 mins.)
75 crunches 25 girly pushups 20 arm weight exersices

I'm back up to 215 again *hangs head* oh well, the pound will be back off tommorrow.

B/c your a mother and busy caring for your family - kids and hubby - Ive been there done that remeber...just b/c im single doesnt mean I dont understand:):):)

Being a mom makes us maternal and care for everyone but ourseleves and hten somethings gotta give or click to make that change :D:D:D

Your doing it now just continue on this time please...I wanna see you do it!!!

so true, being a mom def. makes us put ourselves on the bottom of our priority list. But I have to start putting myself up at the top.. right beside my daughters and hubby. And I WILL DO IT this time!! I promise! I promise to you and I promise to me. Its far past time and I'm really really ready to do this :)

I was reading a book yesterday, its a great book, anyways, it said that you really have to learn to love yourself no matter what. What fun would it be if you were around someone you hated all day every day? That someone being yourself. It also said If you love something, you take care of it. You make sure its in perfect condition, you take care of it so no one else can break it..ect. So thats how you have to treat yourself. As if your body is a great possession and you only want to treat it w/ respect and love. I'm sure i'm not saying it right,but you get the picture.
