hi all :D just a quick pop in to let y'all know I'm working early (running late) until late (well, 8 instead of 4) so I will be back at y'all later tonight or early tomorrow :D Have to make up missed hours from yesterday :rolleyes:

okay, well, Nutty Buddy, unfortunately, the girl I was supposed to work with tonight (and the only one of us with a key and the alarm code) could only work until 6 tonight. SO. Now I work later every night this week except thursday - I leave at 5 that day and 8 - 9 the other days. I really need to make my hours up from yesterday! We don't have benefits b/c its such a small company so I don't get paid if I'm not there :( I'm tryin' :eek: Guess thats all I can do!

Laurel, he did good on his own - the house was a mess but he did good :) This doesn't mean it'll be a regular thing, of course but every now and then won't be too bad.


Well, since I forgot to eat breakfast (sorry Nutty Buddy, I was so busy I forgot it! :eek: ) and didn't pack much for lunch .... I still have more than half of my daily points to use and its already almost 7pm! :eek:

Food so far:

Yup. Thats it :eek: Now on to dinner............. Not sure what it is yet, but I'm gonna go forage :D

Hey, I just noticed you lost more weight! You are in the lead!!! You are giving me a run for my money. Oh no, I better get on it. Darn, wish I'd skipped the mexican food this weekend. It's on!! hehe
 
Well, I guess I will let you slide this one on not eating breakfast. Just don't make it a regular thing! (Isn't that what you told me? Lol! ;) ) That sucks that you couldn't just stay like you planned, but at least your kid didn't completely destroy your house. Do you want my oldest one for a little while?
 
Oh yummy! I can't imagine having 14 pts for one meal! Nice! I hate that full feeling, though. I'm glad the kiddo did well. That's a relief for you to know that it is an option when you are in a pinch. Well, you're doing great! I'm impressed with your will power. I'm so ecxited for my BL dvd to arrive!!
 
Ooooh, alfredo ANYTHING is delicious! I haven't had any in such a long time because I never have any room for it. Its probably just as well for me since I'd probably over eat on it, even if I hadn't had anything else all day, I'm just that mental for it! Though I like chicken with it better than seafood, but I wouldn't complain over some shrimp either ;)

I am so far behind you guys in this race to 170, but I am gonna start flying any day now, I know it! So, watch out!
 
Mornin' all!! I am STILL so full from dinner last night I don't even wanna THINK about breakfast!!! LOL But, alas, I must since I have to practice what I preached to Nuthead :D ;) LOL

MissJ, I had zuchinni, a 4 oz can of mushrooms (rinsed of course), a tiny bit of red pepper, and a bunch of broccoli :D UGH! Just thinkin' about it makes me FULL!!! LOL Enova oil is a soy & canola blend that is SUPPOSEDLY not stored by your body as much as regular oil - its also $6 for a TINY bottle so I use it VERY sparingly :rolleyes: I am TRYING to get as far ahead of you as I can since I do the "two step forward and one step back" thing! LOL

Nutty Buddy, I really am kinda glad I only got to work a 10 hour day instead of the 12. I was REALLY tired by the time I got home and I forgot to pack a dinner so I only had a bag of quakes if I had stayed :rolleyes: It just means I have to work late every day this week and then a huge second shift Friday. Nutty Buddy, I love ya, but you can keep him :p:D I'll take the mess! LOL

MO2, it is NOT a regular practice here nor do I recommend it! LOL It really sucked actually :eek: I discovered that MY LF alfredo sauce is less pts for 1 C than the packaged stuff is for A HALF CUP!!! Last night I just dumped on a lot of meat to suck up points! LOL I hope your BL dvd gets to ya soon! Ah, the anticipation! hehehehe

Beagle, I am a sucker for alfredo too, thats why I had to find a lower fat alternative. I actually like the lowfat version better! LOL I use seafood since I don't like it as well as with chicken. It keeps me from making even more of a pig of myself - although I can't imagine being a bigger pig than last night! LOL You'll get movin' as long as you stick to your plan :D


'k all, hubby has gotten up so my day must begin..... *sigh* I would kill for a sleep in, do nothin' kinda day!!! Even my weekends are non stop!! :rolleyes:
 
Hey Nutty Buddy! Well, since you put it that way, I'm glad you had to leave early! :p I'm really going to have to get some of these quakes. They must be good since you eat them all the time. ;) I've heard of that enova oil but I don't think they have it around here. :rolleyes: Anyway, I didn't mean switch kids with me. I meant you could have him to go along with your two! Lol! :p

Sleep in? What do you mean sleep in? You usually get up before your alarm goes off anyway! Lol!
 
LOL Nutty Buddy, like I said, Love ya, but! LOL The Quakes are great! I like the chocolate or caramel corn ones for my sweet tooth and the sour cream and onion ones if I am craving chips,etc. They make other flavors but I haven't dared branch out into BBQ or ranch, etc. :eek: O don't really like those flavor on chips so I am not really sure if I would like them on the Quakes. One day maybe :rolleyes:

Okay, only worked an 8 hour day today - um, friday I work 830 am until about 1030PM so I decided to make it a "short" day today :p :D

The boys won't be with us for mothers day weekend so I don't know whats happening. They'll be home on mothers day NIGHT but I wont' see them very long before its time for bed. I am SO bummed. Oh well, its usually just another day around here anyway :eek:

Well, time to russel up some chow for the hungry hoard :rolleyes: will try to be back later :D

8:30 to 10:30! :eek: That's a very long time! Don't forget to take some stuff for lunch and dinner! ;)

Aw! Maybe you can have a nice dessert together before bed on Mother's Day? That's the pits. BOTH dvds arrived today!!!!! Yay!!!!!!! I can't believe how fast they got here. Thatwould've cost all sorts of extra postage if I'd wanted them here that quickly. So ... maybe I'll skip Spin tomorrow and do one of the dvds instead. Fun, fun, fun!!!!
Well, I hope you come up wtih a good plan for Mother's Day! I'm sure it'll be a great day no matter what happens.
 
that alfredo over veggies sounds yummy- i have never tried that before :)
whenever I go to Olive Garden I drooool for their alfredo, but I looked it up, and the fettucine alfredo has almost 1000 cals!!!! :rolleyes: I stick with soup and salad, lol..
 
Nutty Buddy, I have three "boys" already! Hubby is a bigger "problem" then the younger 2, I swear!!! LOL I am already trying to plan my "lunch and dinner" breaks (a whole 15 minutes each) to be something quick to eat and relatively low in points. Now if only my lunch pail were big enough... LOL I wish the boys were gonna be here, but I know they'll call me in the mornin' (they usually do for "holidays" that they aren't here for). :;)

MO2, enjoy those dvd's! :D They are SO much fun!!! :D The plan so far for mothers day (as far as I'm aware) is to call my Mama and veg :eek: I refuse to clean, etc so hubby will have to live with any mess he makes! LOL

Jess, alfredo IS expensive calorie-wise! Mine is a lot "cheaper" and passes the family test :D LOL I eat it over veggies to keep the calories and WW points even lower and I get more of the yummy sauce that way! LOL I am SUCH a piggy! LOL


Well, couldn't make it back last night b/c I got my nose stuck in a book :eek: Its the first book I have read in SOOO long! I was reading two and three a week until I started working outside the house again :rolleyes: I wonder if my favorite book store misses me???? Nah, probably doesn't even know I've been there :rolleyes: LOL
