Calling everyone from the UK

Hi,

I'm from Kent but work in London.

My plan is just to do more exercise and eat healthily to lose weight. No gimmicky diets for me.

Hello , also from Kent... Greater London :)

Hello all,

I'm from London.

I'm really trying to have an extra good month of June. I've been on and off a diet for about the last 5 or 6 weeks, and I've made some good progress. When I saw that I was going to have to turn my calendar over soon I decided that fo the whole of June I would really put in a lot of work and try to cut down on the calories.

I'm not really sure what my weight is, as I find it a bit depressing and nit motivating at all. On some diets I have weighed myself, and found it motivating, but these days this is not the case. I would have joined the June Diet on another thread but they require weekly weigh ins and I won't do that.

So I just wanted to say hello to all the guys and girls from the UK. We really can do it if we just put our mind to losing weight.

Its currently pouring down. Although I'm not enjoying this I like to thik of it as a chance of another day to lose some weight before summer really kicks in.

All the best guys,

John

Hi Miss McGee

how are things?

I haven't been to Devon for about 20 years, but I did have a great time down there.

So what are you looking to do in your diet/ healthy eating regime?

all the best

Oooh, not posted here yet!
Am also in London but spend probably too much time in either the virtual world of the computer screen or the numbing plodding of the gym.... the thing about London is that everyone is either an exchange student and they all feel the need to carry face maiming back packs or they are visiting from Asia and decide raiding Primark, M&S and Harrods is a good idea....and bring suit cases on the high street to do so. Its not just the people who annoy me, its the luggage they bring!

Hi!

Technically I'm Australian, but I'm one of the many, many Aussies living in London lols. I think this site is great though! Although the UK version is defintely a little quiet compared to some of the other countries!!

Another newbie here - I'm up in sunny (not!) Bradford. I get involved in some local keep fit classes at a local church hall. It's great to get involved with community as well as lose weight!! Lol!
