Sport Burp(ee) Challenge

Okay, I did the challenge. Oh my God, that was way harder than running 5 miles!! My time for the 20 descending sets was 23.21 minutes. I was shaking for a long time after I did them, but yeah, I do feel good!!!! Arms, legs and even toes are toasted. Will do again in 2 days and see if I can improve.

I just got out of jail 5 months doing burpees for 4 months straight in there. I did the burpee challenge started at 25 descending sets yesterday 32:00 mins. and today did it again shaved off 3 mins got it to 29:00 min. This is a great challenge. Does anyone know if its ok to do burpees everyday? I was doing them everyday pretty much for 4 months in jail. Dont know if Im defeating the purpose. If anyone wants any other burpee routines or different kinds of burpees let me know, I know a good amount.
 
I definitely would consider them intense. But with the challenge you are doing those descending sets without much rest in between if you want to get a good time. I did the first 20 descending sets in something like 23 minutes the first time I did this challenge. It was tough and I was probably anaerobic a good amount of the time. Yes, they certainly hit all muscles!! Many of my friends who have tried this challenge haven't gotten past the first few descending sets. It was an intense workout and I've incoperated them into my workout at least one time a week.
 
hmmm, don't think i'm strong enough to compete in this challenge. But everyone has done a really great job! burpees are horrible.
 
Just if you want to switch up.
You can also do the burpees challenge with push ups, squats or pull ups.
