I eat a bowl Steel Cut Oats with XVCO in it and also a bowl of Strawberries Blueberries Raspberries Blackberries covered in yogurt and crushed almonds. This is all very good for you and gets you ready for your day...
 
I never misses my breakfast. In the morning always have a cup of milk and one fruit. With this i never forget to drink water as much as i can.
