Im sorry and I hate to do this and be a quiter but I have to bakc outta this one.

We have finally gotten Spring over here.Im on the tennis courts at least 5 outta 7 days a week on top of the p90x program i just started and it is 7 days a week.Im on the court anywhere from 60 - 90 mins plus. I just cnat get on the bike too. Im gonna save it for rainy days so I can enjoy my tennis that i love!And have some time for the kids as well , they might appreciate that
 
Cinderelly you're not a quiter your still working your butt off just in a new way!! Plus tennis sounds like way more fun :p

This may be it for me for a while now. I am injured. Not sure how bad. Had a mri on my cervical spine last night. Might have ruptured a disk. Hope not cause my triathlon is Sunday. If I feel better by then I will try to do it but not if I am putting myself in danger of being hurt even more.

Sorry to add to this thread so late but I didn't start logging until a few days into April so I had always planned on going up to and including May 3rd, which was the date of my first triathlon. The last time I posted (see post# 51) I wasn't even sure I would be able to do it because I had hurt my neck flipping a 4 wheeler. I had bone spurs and muscle spasms but between the pain pills, muscle relaxers, anti-inflammatories, physical therapy, massages and icy hot patches I was able to fix myself up enough to do the triathlon.

So for my last 2 entries (even though they are May entries):
May 2nd:
Swim 0.3 miles
Bike 3.5 miles

May 3rd:
Swim 0.25 miles
Bike 15.0 miles
Run 3.1 miles

Monthly Totals (in miles):
Swimming: 10.05
Biking: 72.5
Running/Walking: 23.55
