ooo I am a little late finding this but I want in! :) I am going to set my goal at about 120 miles. Something I have a chance at actually hitting :p

Clearly I haven't been very focused:(Been lacking energy in general and such but Im here and im ready to finish what I started...

So I have 154 miles to make it to my goal of 200. If I take 154 and divide it by 17 I get 9.05...So if i did slightly over 9 miles a day I can still meet my goal, Im gonna do it!

I ran my last 10km race in 01:15.

I want to complete my 15km race in about a week's time in 2 hours flat.

Thereafter it's a half-marathon (21.1km) on 1 May which I want to do in 03:15.

I'll report back on the 23rd with my 15km results :)

Had an execpected setback...I had a little suspect mole removed rom my stomach...MAN he cut a chunk out of me (6 stitches) couldnt ride for 3-4 days but getting going now.

HA - It is looking a little bleaker from my side BUT Ive been playing tons of tennis, every chance I get and I started doing the P90X program so the bike has been harder for me to focus on...Im gonna plug along till the end however and see if I can manage to get it done, LOL!
