I am gonna post the total miles I want to ride in the month of April and whenever I ride I will post it and keep a running total. Who wants a peice of the action? I think it could be done with walking or (gasp) running also

Here my bid....I am gonna beat 200 miles of total bike mileage in April.
Who's in? You dont have to match me. You might be at a different level. Just pick a number that is challenging yet attainable.

I think any kind of machines that track milage could be used for this personal challenge.
 
Ka Im in.Im matching you dude:DI was gonna say 48 a week as if I use my bike 4 times a week, which I use to it woudl be roughly around 48 give a lil...I typically do abt 12 a session in 60 mins...

So with that said, Im aiming for 200 in a month as it will put me just under by abt 6 miles so, I will aim for 200!

Well Brawny I dont know if this challenge is for me because you are all going to put me to shame. But I will post my miles all the same.
Today on the treadmill- 4 miles better than 0 miles, right?!?!?
 
I'm in! This is great for me since I am recovering from hip surgery and can only bike and that is my form of PT!
Will aim for 200 miles as well!
So far today: 12 miles!
 
Oh I am so in on this one! First of all, the Gold's Gym challenge ends tomorrow for me. We have photos, weigh in and measurements. Secondly, I am only 6 pounds away from my weight goal that I set for myself nearly 10 months ago. Finally, on May 3rd I have my first triathlon.

In a way, I have been training for this triathlon for a long time now but these next 4 weeks are going to be extremely focused on swimming, biking and running. So this challenge is great for me.

Yesterday and today I did not bike or run because of a challenging outside project I had for work (controlled burn) but today I did get a swim in as well as weightlifting. By the way, I am also cutting down on the intensity of the weighlifting over the next 4 weeks. I will mostly be focusing on biking and running from here on out.

So here is what I have so far...

April 01:
3.5 miles of walking
April 02:
2.0 miles of walking
0.5 miles of swimming

Running Monthly Totals (in miles):
Swimming: 0.5
Biking: 0.0
Running/Walking: 5.5
 
promise i will join very soon. long week... grandpa is doing terribly and i have been going over with my mom to relive my grandma so she doesnt get sick too from exhaustion or stress! :(
