I'm still here... haven't been around the board in the last few days, but still working hard and continuing to lose. We haven't had much snow here yet... a strangely warm January. It's going down to -17 tonight, though, so I think that winter might be here....

Are others posting their little weight chart somewhere else, or have folks just not had a chance to do it... I think there were only 2 of us who posted our weight last week... or are folks not losing and not posting because of that? I was only wondering in case I should be posting somewhere else....
 
Weigh day! I lost! Down to 129, I am right on target :)
 
Im not doing so well sorry team!!!:(:(:( I dunno whats up...Im exercising like crazzzy and eating well...well for the most part anyway...so discouraging...I hope to see everyone else with better results:):):)
 
Cinderelly, sorry things aren't going so good. Maybe you have some muscle gain. But its okay!! Lets see how things go this coming week. :)

I am alive... I have been sooo busy !! Planning a wedding is actually starting to drive me crazy !! I am go ing to hate to see what I am like a month before the wedding...Anyways I weighed myself on Monday and I forgot to sign in and post it.. I finally got my elliptical set up and I haven't used it yet... I've done nothing all week !! how brutal !! I've just been getting my wedding plans more organized... AHHH !! but it should calm down now... I like having everything done NOW ! haha oh well !

Anyways, today is a one hour day on the elliptical ! I'm excited ! Wish me luck !! I'm still moving... even if it is slower then usual ! haha

Okay, so I went on my elliptical today... all excited because my fiancee's mom and I challenged each other to complete 10 miles this week on our ellipticals... well she completed 2 miles in 15 mins... blew me away...and I thought okay so in a half hour I sho uld be able to get 4 miles done...well I went for a half hour work out and I completed 2 miles in like 28 mins... talk about discouraging.. so yea... basically I came on here to say I feel TOTALLY discouraged from it now... I don't know... actually I feel like crap about this whole thing.. I'm jus tin a downer mood today...oh well ! I'll get over it

It will be okay Kmommy! You have to consider this is your first go at the elliptical. You will get better and faster!!! Keep going! You can doooooooooooo it.

I've actually lost more than I had predicted:

Monday 1st January= 239
Monday 8th January= 237
Monday 15th January= 234
Monday 22nd January=
Monday 29th January=

Target Weight for the 8th= 237
Target Weight For the 15th= 235
Target Weight For the 22nd= 232
Target Weight for the 29th= 230

Overall weight loss target= 230 (lose 9 pounds)

I can't wait for Monday, it's a new day/new week and I feel like I accomplished nothing last week... t he whole drinking water and exercising went down the tube and for the little stuff I did do I still managed to loose a pound !! not bad I don't th ink !! but yea... tomorrow is weigh in day !!
Either way I need a new start at things... for some reason I keep feeling down about everything ! Anyways, good luck and thanks to everyone !!

I have been waaayyy too busy again !! I did one work out so far this week HOW TERRIBLE !! but I haven't gained anything...Thank God !! umm... today is another day on the elliptical...and for the record everyone... i am convinced that my mother in laws elliptical measures speed differently then mine...(and no one around here believes me...:( ) Hers is a belt operated one and mine is a magnetic one... i don't know !! but hers is also in KM and mine's in miles... so I;m confused but that's okay !! what I do know is I don't let myself go below 4 miles per hour on it and it goes up and down levels... so it;s a heck of a work out for me !! and I looove it.. I do not regret buying it at all !!! :)

How is everyone on the team doing?? People still going down the ladder I hope !! I have made my 5 pounds already... but my goal kinda was 145... 8 lbs.. but that means I have 3 pounds to loose in 4 days... HELP ME !! PLEASE !! hahaha i don't think it's happening but we'll see what happens with m y work outs !! if I bust my rear end off for the next 4 days... I should drop at least 2 pounds??! I think !!! ANyways GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE !!! and it's been awesome being on a team with you all !! thanks for the fun month !!
 
Well, KMommy, while I can't offer a perfect way to drop 3 pounds in 4 days, I can say "congrats" on making your 5 pound goal! Yaay!!!!!

I'm looking forward to see how we do and how the other groups do, too.
 
Oh, CRAP. I just realized the mistake I made. I've been re-posting each week, copying and pasting the format into a new post each time, and everyone else is editing their first post (like the instructions say, duh!!!). So I've been just checking the end of the thread and wondering if anyone else was updating... I just wasn't looking in the right place.

Oops.... so now I'll go back and edit my first post, like I was supposed to....

thank you !! and it's all good... at least you realized your mistake... I was kind of wondering that yesterday w hen I looked at your post of your totals !! :) Anyways, wish me luck when my hubby gets home I am aiming to do another 45 mins on the elliptical !! I felt so good after doing it yesterday I wanna do it again !! YAY !! hahaha
