Ok people, i know its a few days before it starts, but while i have chance im starting the threads. If you want to talk please post on the main thread, for my sake please If you'd copy and paste this :

Monday 29th January= 277.8 (0) (The thing is I dropped like 2lbs, I was at 275, but now I'm back up to 277) :(

Monday 1st January= 153 lbs (Christmas dinners x4...ewww)
Monday 8th January=150 lbs !! (holy and I thought I lost nothing!! YAY..Christmas fat = gone!)
Monday 15th January= 149 lbs
Monday 22nd January= 148 lbs (another pound gone...I can't believe I forgot to put this up sooner...SORRY EVERYONE !!)
Monday 29th January=146 lbs.... I'm almost there !! :) I didn't loose 4 pounds...but I at least lost 2... lots of water and at least 2 hours of exercise a day !! it was harsh !! but awesome ! :)

Yes the thread is here to chat...I just htought I would check inand see how everyone is doing...Im kinda proud of myself, Im off to a pretty good start...I havent been exercising but I get alot of it through work...I have been eatign well and wil start with the exercise this weekend or Monday for sure...I had ten days off and wasnt exercising , now my body needs to get use to work agian first...
 
Super - I'm definitely a chatter!!

Exercise -- walking. Until I lose a bit more weight, I'm going to stick to aerobic stuff to work on the weight loss, then add resistance stuff when I get closer to my goal. It's working for me, too, and it feels good.

When I'm at home I try to get on the treadmill once a day (if it weren't winter here, I would be outside, but it's miserable walking through snow and slush, not to mention the amount of winter clothing I'd have to pile on). I've been visiting with family over the holidays, and here I don't have a car, which means that I've been doing a lot of walking out of necessity... just to get here and there requires exercise, which feels wonderful. Today it's raining a lot, so I don't think we'll get out, but other than that, it's been great.

I'm feeling really good about this weight loss for me, and about this competition... woo-hoo!!!!
 
hey everyone !! I just wanted to say way to go everyone !! You all sound like you're doing awesome ! Which is great !! Go Team Go ! I also am very excited for this competition... it's motivation to keep me moving !

I don't know if I've actually lost any weight but I think I am going to start keeping track of my calorie intake... I personalyl think I am overeating, an dthat's why I am not losing as much weight as I'd like to ! so I'll find out soon !

As far as exercise, I do a lot of random things...I just try to get an hour of a work out in... and I am hoping to do it 4 times a week ! :) If I could I'd do it every day...but I am incredibly sore afterwards...so yea !

I try to get on the tredmill every work out and I have an elliptical that I still need to set up and I'm excited for that ! We own a Bowflex too...but I never use it... its' really awkward to.. and I just want something quick and to go... until I loose a little more fat then maybe I will try out the Bowflex again ! I also do Pilates and this kick boxing boot camp movie... it's awesome ! I looove it... I'm mostly trying to loose weight for the wedding and because since I've had my lil boy I've gained soo much weight... I feel like I look gross... and I dont' want to be pregnant with a second and gain even more weight on top of waht i have now... I weigh now almost as much as I did at the end of my pregnancy... it's sad ! :(

ANYWAYS !!! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE !! And GO BONNE ANNEE GO !! :D
