Day 40
Meal 1 - 3 egg and cheese, salsa, mushroom, spinach and tomato omelet
Meal 2 - 1 cup low fat cottage cheese and 1 low carb yogurt
Meal 3 - shredded buffalo chicken on cauliflower rice and some grapes
Meal 4 - a salad with smoked salmon
drank water and black coffee
Exercise - light walking at work
Starting weight - 308.6
Current weight - 278.6
Total loss - 30 lbs
