Day 64

Meal 1 - 3 scrambled eggs with cheese and salsa
Meal 2 - low fat cottage cheese and low carb yogurt
Meal 3 - can of tuna and a salad
Snack - chicken fajita no tortilla

drank water and black coffee

Exercise - walk at work

Current weight - 265.6
Total loss - 43 lbs
 
Week 9 is in the books and the scale came in at 265.6, that is a 4 lb loss for the week bringing my total loss to 43 lbs. Everything is still going good and have not experienced any real cravings as of yet. Still working long hours so my gym time has been nonexistent but I am still walking as much as I can at work. This week I am changing my work hours to day shift so I will have a more of a regular scheduled. I will be giving up weekend off for working day shift. That should help me sleep better which should in turn help with the weight loss, either way I will be happy to be sleeping at night again. All in all it was another good week and I am happy with my results so far. Looking forward to week 10 and getting closer to the 250's.
 
To tell the truth, I'm astonished as well as impressed by your weight loss! 43 pounds in nine weeks! That's pretty much a steady - well, your maths is as good as mine (I expect is better than mine!). Anyway, yes, the 250s are coming up at a gallop - my, but that mastiff can run! :)
 
Losing weight is hard. Maintaining weight is hard. Staying overweight is hard. Choose your hard.

Day 65

Meal 1 - 3 scrambled eggs with cheese and salsa

Meal 4 - pulled pork with bbq sauce and vegetables

Day 66

Meal 1 - 3 scrambled eggs with cheese and salsa
Meal 2 - 1/4 cup mixed nuts and a salad
Meal 3 - a cup of chicken cream cheese chili
Meal 4 - a bowl of chicken cream cheese chili

drank water and black coffee

It's a slow process. Don't make it slower by quitting.

Day 67

Meal 1 - 3 eggs with cheese
Meal 2 - a little pulled pork with hot sauce
Meal 3 - a bowl of chicken cream cheese chili
Meal 4 - a salad and pulled pork with bbq sauce

drank water and black coffee

Exercise - none

Current weight - 264.4
Total loss - 44.2 lbs
 
because the next few months will go by no matter if you diet and exercise or not. Make them count.

Day 68

Meal 1 - 3 eggs with cheese
Meal 2 - cottage cheese and a yogurt
Meal 3 - sauteed spiraled butternut squash with spaghetti sauce and 4 meatballs

drank water and black coffee and 2 beers

Exercise - none

Day 69

Meal 1 - 3 eggs with cheese
Meal 2 - cottage cheese and a yogurt
Meal 3 - 1/3 cup granola and an apple
Meal 4 - baked bbq chicken leg and thigh with mixed vegetables and a salad

Exercise - lite walking at work

Total loss - 46.0 lbs
 
Never quit. If you stumble get back up. What happened yesterday no longer matters. Today's another day so get back on track and move closer to your dreams and goals.

Day 70

Meal 3 - baked chicken leg and thigh with mixed vegetables and a salad

When things don't happen right away just remember it takes 6 months to build a Rolls-Royce and 13 hours to build a Toyota.


Day 71


Meal 1 - 3 eggs with a slice of cheese
Meal 2 - cottage cheese and a yogurt
Meal 3 - tin of smoked clams and a salad
Meal 4 - 2 jalapeno bratwurst (no bun) and a salad

drank water and black coffee

Knocked out week 10 and still chugging along all be it a little slower this week. This morning the scale came in at 263.8 that is a 1.8 pound drop for the week bringing my 10 week total to 44.8 lbs. This week was another week of all diet and walking at work. Still stayed away from the sweets even though I was tempted by Halloween candy a few times. All in all it was a good week that inched me closer to my goal so I am happy with that. Going to try to get some extra steps in for week 11 and hopefully slide into the 250's.

You will do this. Just be more patient :) anyway, you can stay away from sweets which is a big success.
 
Your weight loss has been amazing, and amazingly consistent. Slowing down is to be expected, but honestly I expected you to slow down sooner and more than you have. Are you counting calories? If so how many a day are you eating?

Thanks gator. No not really counting them just a ruff idea trying to keep it around 1200-1500
