Hello everyone, sorry haven't posted lately; sometimes its not easy trying to make it to the library to get online. I love the yellow line thing. well I might not like it after tomorrow i'm pretty sure I gained this week even though I didn't cheat and I did exercise. But I guess its just one of those things we have to live with. VERY happy to see the white team on top!! Hope everyone has a BIG loss this week. Keep on keeping on!!

Hi Everyone! sorry not been logging much. will try to do better . good luck everyone for the weigh in tommorrow.GO EVERYONE!!!!!!:party: they so need to make a cheer leader emotioncon.anyway i did some small accomplishment. even though it as for very short distant i was able to jog when i walked. not been able to do that in forever. and sat when i went to the school track to walk i actually ran the stairs at the statium 19 steps up and down total 8 times 4 each of course and walked my mile . was just awesome .well see yall tomorrow GO WHITE TEAM!!!!!!

Meh.

I don't know if it is my scale or me. It has weighed exactly 370.4 for the last 4 days. It just doesn't seem right. But..that's what it says so there it is.

Sorry DMR. I don't know what to say.
 
Weighing in at 202.6 this morning, which is, if I remember correctly, down exactly 2 pounds from last week. :hurray: I'm pretty happy about that and just hope it's enough to keep me above the yellow line.

I am happy at the loss since I neglected the gym and spent most of last week laying around reading the Twilight series. I guess I was so consumed by the books that I really didnt eat much. But I will be back on the ball this week
 
Good morning everybody. I weighed in at 180.6 this a.m. I am happy with that.

Way to go whiskeytangofox...out of the 180's. I am so hoping for that next week...kind of worried with Easter being this weekend. There will be a big Easter diner with my family, I am just going to try to be cautious.

The weather here is suppose to be beautiful over the long weekend so I will be out walking with my little guy.

Dang only down .4 this week and sitting at 150.2!! I should have taken my earrings off and I might be in the 140's!! I'll be there next week and all the week's to come!! Good job so far everyone - impressive #'s!! Frances I hope you lost something for us this week or else we could be doomed for the yellow line!! I'm really excited for the show this week - as I am every week! I hope they finally show the before pictures by the now pictures at the weigh-in - that is my fav part! I love to see the comparison!

So I was getting a little bored with my Turbo Jam cardio ... decided to switch it up and try the Couch to 5K program... wait, what? Me, run?!? I don't quite know what I was thinking but at the same time I think it's the challenge and the seemingly insurmountable 3 min run in the later weeks that just have me chomping at the bit....if i'm not challenged by something and it becomes routine, it's hard for me to keep doing it. :toetap05:

I think I'm going to stretch it out to 18 weeks rather than 9 though... the 30sec runs are still tough for me towards the end so I don't think I'm going to be ready to increase to 60sec after just a week. Woke up this morning (at 4:30!!!!!!!) to knock out day 3 of the program but the wind advisory didn't lie... we're having CRAZY weather here in Vegas right now, so between the fact that it was still pitch dark and the wind was howling I figure i'll just run tonight instead. ^.^
 
270.40 as of this morning. SO CLOSE to that coveted 260's tier! Slow weight loss this week, but I did have a lot more beer than I usually do this past weekend, and I think it showed lol. Oh well, did well last night, and I'm looking to stay ON TRACK so I can hit that finale strech goal!

...moving isn't doing ANYTHING wonderful for my eating and workout routine! :( Can't wait to get on the GRINDDDDDDDDDD soon!!! I should be fully moved in by the end of the weekend!! I hoppppeee...Sorry Teamie!! :p!
 
Hello everyone, hope you are all having a great day. I didn't have as good a weight loss as I was hoping for but I guess any loss is a good loss. "Gulp" Hope its enough to stay above the yellow line....:cry::
