No loss for me this week :(

Not a bad week, but I think the lovely 3 course meal hubby cooked me for my first (UK) mother's day undid my good work for the week. At least I didn't gain!

Hopefully next week's the charm. Good luck to everyone else weighing in today!
 
My weight as of the a.m. 183.0 :( unexplainable.........

Well I must say I was surprised at this morning's weigh in and disappointed:(
It didn't really make sense to me as I did some form of exercise everyday except sunday. My meal plan was good all week as well except for sunday. We went to the inlaw's for supper on sunday and my meal was fine but i did have dessert...strawberry shortcake. The weather here has been so nice and we are excited for summer so we incorporated a nice summer dish :) Sorry whiskeytangofox, hope you have a good week. I'll try harder for next week.

372. It was 370 yesterday morning but I had something salty last night so it fluxed up this morning. I could say it is 370 but that's not honest.

Weigh in at 204.8 this morning! I'm pretty happy with that, it's a 3.4 pound loss from last week. :hurray:

I was worried too, because I ate a 10 oz steak last night. But it was "date night" for hubby and I, and I splurged.
 
152.4 for me! That's down 3.6 this week! Hoping to get out of the 150's next week! It's going to be tough but I'm going to try my hardest!

Good morning all. Hope everyone had a good week; mine wasn't so great. My back has been out this week and exercise hasn't been good. I still showed a loss but very small.

Morning guys! Hope everyone's having a great Tuesday.... I've been stupidly tired for the past few days (daylight savings hasnt helped one bit) to the tune of oversleeping an hour this morning and almost making myself late for work >_< Fortunately my body's been so conditioned to waking up at 5:15 by now in order to cook a healthy breakfast for myself and the hubby that i rolled over at (now) 6:15 and looked at the clock and went OH SHYT.....lol. But I got to work on time so, whew!

Weighed in this morning at 225.4... getting SO tired of seeing that number on the scale, I want to break through the 225 barrier so badly I can taste it. :toetap05: I think I've reached a mini-plateau right now though so I'm going to squeeze every last bit of willpower out of myself this week and work out so I can see 224 next week.
 
Had a goooood week in terms of workouts - hit the gym hard the last 7 days. However I did have a cheat :blush5: felt so guilty after it. Anyway......

Last week 80kg (176lbs)
This week 78.8kg (174lbs)

I'm now halfway to my goal - 18kg lost, 18kg to go!!!

Bring it on!!!
 
Hy Monique! Don't worry girl - sometimes salt or anything can throw you off (also TOM? You can gain up to 10 pounds just from PMS). I am a pound heavier if I weigh in the evening to be honest! We'll get there!!

Anyway - new weight is 181.6 so down 3.4 lbs this week! So want to get out of the 180s! Sigh!
 
Morning everyone! Wow looks like so far everyones done pretty good this week. Thats Awseome! My numbers aren't looking so awesome :( But I was expecting that. Have been working 12 hour shifts all week and am exhausted. I feel as though I havent had a moment to myself in what seems like forever. This week is going to slow down. I should be getting back into a regular rotation at work and actually have a day off Yay! :D I really need to step up the cardio. Not doing anything this week has me feeling sluggish and tired. (Doesnt help that i sit in a chair at work all day) :S Anyways no more excuses for me. Looking forward to seeing some actually numbers this upcoming week.

No weight loss for me this week. :toetap05: I really need to pick it up!! I've seem to be at a plateau and it's my fault for not getting in enough exercise and watching my calories. Argh!!

Time for me to refocus and start planning ahead. I'd like to lose 10 more pounds by the finale!
 
I'm really excited for the show tonight too! The only thing I am afraid of is snacking - seems to be a habit of mine to snack mindlessly on Tuesdays - I think because there are so many commercials! I am going to try extra hard tonight to get over that and keep busy during the commercials.
Frances - how are you doing? Did you get over your cold? Hope you are feeling better! Looking forward to your update.

Weighed in this morning at 276.00. Was down a little lower on saturday, but had some home cookin on sunday and it was AWESOME!...... but filled with sodium :x
 
Had a crappy start to the week but finished strong! Didn't seem to help though :( I've finally got my hubby on board with losing weight we just got the P90X and we've been working out every night! Haven't skipped once! woo hoo! So sorry Mands for always bringing you down I'll have a loss next week I promise! I just can't seem to get my eating under control! It's so frustrating!
