Big T & MMW: To Keep Lean & Stay Mean ;)

Went out on the piss last night :D Since i've got a few days off work and it was 'student night' thought i might as well :D Pulled a few and got a couple of numbers but no sex.

Rest day from lifting today but i've managed to do 30 minutes treadmill and some ab work.

Might even do some sprints later if my mates up for it.

Upper tomorrow, 5x5 @ 100kg bench ;)
 
Were gonna change our workouts around this week, so doing lower again today and upper tomorrow instead. Legs aren't sore whatsoever so it will be all good ;)

It's because my mates got the day off work tomorrow so we can have a good morning sesh on upper body!
 
Hmmmmm...not bad :)

-Well my DL i have never maxed but iv done 308 for 5, and could of done more.

-Squat is poor, i have done 220 for 6 reps.

-OH Press, iv done 132 for 3 but that was mid workout and a while ago. I would hopefully smash this now ;)

-Tomorrow im going to see how many reps i can push out with 176 on flat bench press. Im hoping for about 5.

-I dont do power cleans, only time ill sort of do one is when putting the bar on the squat rack, and that was with 132lbs on.

So thats some rough lifts.

Just had a quick Session.

Lower

Started with a 10 min treadmill walk

Deadlifts
Warmed up with 132lbs & 176lbs

1x5 (220lbs)
1x5 (264lbs)
1x5 (308lbs)

Should of got more volume in really but i didn't wanna test my lower back. The 308lbs was just easy, if anything's gonna give it will be my grip. Hopefully i'll be able to pull 396lbs again without any back prob.

Lunges
1x15 (99lbs)
1x10 (110lbs)
1x10 (121lbs)

Went a bit lighter than last time as my knee's were buckling so i didn't wanna f**k them up. Gotta keep some form & control!

Finished with some Ham Curls & Calf Raises.

Tomorrow it's Upper. All i'm thinking about is the 5x5 with 220lbs! I really don't wanna fail!

No problem for big T ;) This felt weirdly easier than last week with 209lbs! Buzzin i got this though, 25 reps with 100kg is a f**king HUGE achievement for me!

Tired me out these, i am getting better at them though, it's just i now keep all my core straight without no leg swinging etc.

Easy, i just kept from strict. This session absolutely kills me though, by this point i can't f**king breathe!

BB Lateral Raises
3x10

Finished with 20 minutes Cross Trainer, followed by 10 minutes jog on the Treadmill.

Weighed in this morning at f**king 221lbs! Don't know whats happened there LOL, i mean i seriously haven't added any bodyfat i don't think.

sweet job on the benching. what did you do to break the plateau?

Cheers mate, it's just more consistancy i think. Diet is more consistant, i think i'm in a slight calorie surplus for the most part ATM. Plus this new split is working wonders, training muscle groups twice a week compared to the once is having a HUGE effect!

Random Session today

Incline BB Press
1x10 (143lbs)
1x6 (187lbs)
1x5 (198lbs)

Felt very tired today so i stopped there.

Also in the session i did DB Hammer Curls, Seated DB Curls, Cable Curls, Skull Crushers, Cable Pushdowns, 3 sets of Reverse Crunches to failure.

Also finished with 30 minutes on the treadmill.
 
I'm pissed off at how skint i am, i can't afford to have a perfect diet. I'm having to make do with whatever i can get my hands on...
 
It was a one off sh1t session yesterday, first off i had to try my best to ration food, and then at work the f**king tin opener broke! So i couldn't have my tuna meal, therefore skipping a meal. Just this alone f**ked my mentality to train up. Energy levels were quite f**ked TBH.

Upper

BB OH Press

Push Pressed the 154 & 176lbs. I did worse than last time, it felt so hard because i felt so tired it proper pissed me off! I wanted to go for a 198lbs OH press this session as well. Next time i'm going to be f**king ready!

Chinups
3x8 - Can't really remember the reps i got on my own.

Incline DB Press
1x12 (132lbs)
1x10 (143lbs)
1x8 (154lbs)
1x6 (165lbs)

Did the same as last week, didn't aim higher as i knew there was no chance of it!

Seated Machine Row
1x12 (132lbs)
1x10 (176lbs)
1x8 (220lbs)
1x6 (264lbs)

Finished off with Machine Flys.

Tonight is lower, going to put a lot more effort in!
 
Well had a f**ked up session yesterday! Began squatting and my bottoms ripped! huge hole where you could see my boxers and the lot, had to straight walk out of gym.

Lower

Squats
1x20 (132lbs)
1x10 (176lbs)
1x3 (220lbs) Ripped after 3rd rep!

I then went home and did lots of BW squats till i was f**ked.

Pissed off!
 
Maybe he wised up and didn't like teaming up with Mr Vulgarity. Why didn't you team up with the cat [Focus]?

I'd rather team you...;)
