Haha, we were so drunk on the wedding night the sex actually came in the early hours of the next day when we finally got to bed. She was practically paralytic but at least that meant she let me shag her as hard as I liked in all the positions that usually hurt her too much to even attempt so I was happy.
It was wild Monkey sex basically, if we'd filmed that I could make a mint on the internet

It was weird, I was so drunk I didn't have much feeling in my ****, I had no problem getting it up but I thought I'd never be able to 'finish' as there wasn't really any sensation.

I was throwing up Champagne throughout the next morning though

Nice, no pain, slight lower back tightness but i'm ok. I'm squatting paralell, since i've been out of squatting for so long even this pushed me. Enjoyed it though! Putting it up every week. I want all 3 sets well over 200lbs soon enough.

Seated Leg Press
1x20 (352lbs)
1x15 (440lbs)
1x10 (506lbs)

Finished with Leg Curls & Calf Raises.

Rest day tonight, although i haven't yet decided whether i'm going to do a bit of cardio.
 
Sorry for obviously not reading your journal that but what's up with your back?

I think i f**ked it up deadlifting with sh1t form, and squatting with major lower back rounding.

My lower back still rounds but not quite as much. So i'm starting low with the weight and working up lol.
 
Oh yeah, I remember now. How long since you hurt it?

What kind of rehabilitation stuff are you doing?

It must have been about 6 months or so now, the main rehabilitation was rest from squats & DL's lol, but i did look into a few dynamic stretches to help minimise lower back rounding, however i stopped doing them and now i'm just going to slowly go up in weight and see how i go!

I've also been away from the gym for a while so who knows. I've been doing more split squats and bulgarians recently as well and very little low rep stuff so not sure where I'm at. Hopefully it won't be long before I break through the 500 barrier.

I was watching the 2008 UK's stongest man yesterday and seen just how much work I need to do to get really strong :D

My back felt a little sore, so i didn't want to over do it and injure myself!

I'm going to lower weight next time as my knee's were buckling and i felt it the next day. Can't be f**king my knees up again can we :D

Saturdays Session: Random!

This session is my random session, ended up doing various curls, did a random 5 reps with 220lbs on bench lol (which wasn't even hard :D), Did some explosive reps on bench, a couple of ab exercises, and some calf raises.

Still going up in weight steady, so far no knee pain or real back pain. Finally next week ill be squatting over 200lbs, hopefully without problems.
