Baby Weight

First, congratulations on youre weight loss! That's so exciting!!

I find that when I have no "enery" to workout, it's really that I'm being lazy. Try to force yourself to start, and I bet you'll be able to finish. I go to the gym half asleep in the mornings, and that's what seems to happen for me, anyway. Good luck!!
 
Last night I did a 40 min work-out and today, I just got home from the bar and i'm forcing myself to work out. Lucky I have a great best friend Jess393 that likes to kick me in the butt and keep me going. But still no energy. I am lazy sometimes. But i'm just gonna blame it on my two kids running me ragged lol. So wish me luck on tonights work-out:)
 
You don't need luck, Cause you will do it and you will love it :D I know what you mean about the two childern i have two of my own :eek: And they just know how to get you tired by the end of the day... But you are doing great, keep it up and have a great sunday
 
So I only did 30 min last night, but hey its all good. I'm very suprised I made it for that long cause after drinkin, trust me, it wasen't pretty. But I did run into old high school friends that I haven't seen for like 7 years. And one of my good guy friends (totally hot) told me how great I looked for havin two kids. (not to mention I got his number lol) But that made me feel good. I'm gonna aim for 50 min tonight. I've never done more than 40 but i'm pretty sure I can handle it. Plus the best news of all, I start work tomorrow!!!! I'm so happy. That will help me be up and moving all the time. The only prob....its one of the best resturants for steaks around. I'll have to pick a salad and stick to it. lol
 
hey! thanks for stopping in my diary! I was just cetching up. 12 lbs in one month! WOW! i've never lost more than 3 in a month!!! I havent seen (& i could have missed, so please excuse me) your plan - your eating plan...your exercise plan...if you post it we may be able to help you further....also, a ticker is very inspiring (if you are interested).

As for exercising AFTER going to the bar, I would just shed some caution here...after drinking you are super dehydrated and you are probably better off drinking TONS of water and getting up the next day and burning it off with exercise. Doesnt seem like you have any issues motivating with exercise but personally, not sure if that is the best move to be working out drunk ? just my 2 cents....
 
Hey~ SKylers right- ya should totally start posting your food and water intake so that you can keep an eye on what you eat, and we call all yell at you for eating bad stuff :D Just a thought...lol....

Hey skyler. Thanks for stopping in. I prob. would right down everything I eat, but I can never really rem. I gave most of my memory to my kids. Lol. but I try to exercise everynight on my exercising thing I bought from wal-mart. For like 30-40 min a night. I don't really know what its called. And I wish I could put on a ticker. And i've tried I just can't seem to get it to work. :( JESS WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN THREE MINS.?????????

ya to jess sending me vitamins lol So I ran my ass off at work today. But I did a bad, I had a BLT with fries for lunch. I KNOW I KNOW! BAD ME!!! I couldn't help it though. I ate a salad yesterday though. I just couldn't help it. Still not a lot of energy though. I'm really not drinkin alot of water. But I went grocery shopping yesterday and didn't buy anymore diet pepsi. So thats good right. I have bottled water and gatorade. So thats a little good right? Is it okay to exercise everyday? Or should I keep one day open?
 
I would keep a day or two (depending on how hard you workout) open, just cuz to much can hurt ya...
Yay for no more pop!! And if the water is to blah for ya, theres 0 cal tubes of crystal lite you can put in them.
Tomorrow at work- DON"T eat a blt, lol.... jk. Its not a bad thing to give yourself what you want, just not everyday. Thats been my problem :rolleyes:

You are making some good choices. Keep it up. Also another good sweet drink is of course crystal lights, no cals.,and no sugars. We also have koolaids with a cup of slenda.. So you still have your options open :D Have a great day and drink your WATER:p
 
Mylissa- Jeffrey and Dan(my gay boys) said that I have a big butt!!! :eek: I got alllll embarrassed, but apparently this is a good thing???? They said that when I'm skinny it'll be hot to have a rounder bootay...do I believe them?? So confused.... :p

here's what I would do...

keep up on the water. try different flavors. it's what keeps things flowing. It's the biggest thing to keep your fat cells saying, "Hey I'm ok, enough fluids, lets not store anymore" as opposeed to saying "oh-no deyhdration coming on!!! Better store up on it when we get it!!!! (hench, you get fat and retain)

Your energy... Hows your carb control? have you tried to elininate bread and pasta from your diet? Don't be afraid every once in a while, To have a bowl of pasta. the night before a bigger work out or run. It will help to keep you moving energenic.

Can you dance? do you have a ny rythem? Leave two days off from exercise a week.. your body needs time to heal. If your running everyday, than that may be the reason you got no energy. In fact, I'd take a day off BEFORE expirementing with the pasta.

I like to exercise two days, take one off, exercise two days, take one off.

I think we all may need to see this hot butt so as to make an informed opinion. I don't know if i'd trust Mylissa's eyes on this matter. she may be biased.
