i was all over the place today, felt a bit light headed, kinda weird. I also got some weird rash thing under both of my forearms like the part that isnt' exposed to light. I don't know what could have happened because none of my lifts involve me rubbing that part of the skin. Looks like blood vessels were broken or whatnot and blood is just free flowin.

I dont know what that rash could be, Dave. Hope someone can give you info.

Havent' run in so long, I'm feelin it today.

So I dind't do squats, I know, I know, shame on me... blah blah. This is the first time I've skipped legs, so meh.

I forgot to mention that I also walk around for a mile or so with my dog. Nothing major, but it's nice outside.

Anyway, tomorrow is lifting day, early release so I can get to the gym haven't done parallel squats for a week or so :(.

Sometimes there are no tell tale signs why one is weak one day, and then can bust bricks the next just by looking at them. But, always reflect on the days activities, diet and water, and rest, and see if there is anything that sticks out.....some times the body needs ore rest than other times, but sometimes the body doesnt give signs. So alternating isnt a bad idea at times.

probably i only got like 7 hours of sleep the night before (though i always get little sleep) and I ate very little. meh.

I did learn something today, normal guys in the gym are happy to spot you. It was rather refreshing, somehow it felt as if we're coming together as a people. Everyone's friends in the weight room.
 
weighed myself today, 170. I was 180 just about 3 weeks ago. Seems like its goin a bit fast, but then again I should factor in how much I just ate/drank and stuff. Anyway, consistency is good, and i'm going down consistently.

I looked for my height again today. somehow, I'm 1 inch shorter, how did this happen? I don't know. Got my friend to come lift with me tomorrow, so it'll be cool. I also don't have to hang out with the douchebags on the bus.
