Weight-Loss August Goal Challenge

I'm struggling with the goals I laid out for this month. I'm doing alright with going to the gym and I think I'll be losing at least 1lb a week... But I can't seem to keep track of everything I eat.
I've been using fitday, but sometimes its just such a pain to put all the foods in. I don't often eat pre-packaged foods with labels so it makes it a little harder.
I'm still 181 as of this morning, so thats good.
I need to refocus, already... and its only the 9th. :(

I'm glad its not going up, but the number isn't budging at all.

I'm not giving up. I won't. I just have to work harder...
 
I am new to this entire forum, so I am joined the "August Goals" thing quite late. But.. for the last week of August, my goal is to lose 2 lbs and get a new scale! The one I have is six pounds lighter than the one at the Dr's office. You can imagine my devastation!

That is a determination!! Don't give up!! It will start falling off!! I had a 3 weeks plateau also and boy it was hard, but I broke through it and started losing again!! You will be there!!!

When you finally broke yours, did weight start coming off at the regular rate again?

HI Sunny,

When I finally broke my plateau, the weight started coming off faster then before!!! I was losing with an average of 0.6 lb/week, now I am losing an average of 1.7 lb/week. I do have to admit I am a lot more focused now then I was before, so that could be just the why it is faster now.
With the calorie deficit you are going with right now, You must be losing!! You have to...
