I'm struggling with the goals I laid out for this month. I'm doing alright with going to the gym and I think I'll be losing at least 1lb a week... But I can't seem to keep track of everything I eat.
I've been using fitday, but sometimes its just such a pain to put all the foods in. I don't often eat pre-packaged foods with labels so it makes it a little harder.
I'm still 181 as of this morning, so thats good.
I need to refocus, already... and its only the 9th.![]()
August 21 and I'm still 181.
I'm glad its not going up, but the number isn't budging at all.
I'm not giving up. I won't. I just have to work harder...
