Looks like everyone is doing really well. I am doing about 5 hours exercise a week combined with a 1500cal a day diet (sometimes less)...took a while to start losing, but it seems to be happening now!

Lost 6 pounds total in January which wasn't the greatest month for exercise and diet so I'm really happy. I think February will be the month I enter ONEderland!

My total loss is 12 lbs! (The first week I lost like 5 lbs and from then on it's been 2 lbs per week) I think it's going to get tougher by the week now.....
