Going Strong!!
I think everyone should write in what they're doing in order to shed off those pounds.
What do you guys think? People can get ideas or have suggestions that way?
I am on a 1000 calorie count a day and going to the gym 5 days a week WITHOUT fail. (1000 calories if I don't exercise at all)
I would love to know what everyone else is doing!
