So is there annyone up for an April weight loss challenge??
I aim to lose 8lb in the month of April

April 2 2010 -THis week was a bad week for me I ate way too much salt. Next week is water water water
[/April 09- ok so close to where I wanted to be last week but I didn't work out much in the last couple of weeks but I am officially in the 170's so that is good!I need to kick it up this week!!!!
april 16....I am so close to my goal this week 0.2 away!!!! congrat to everyone on here I hope that you will all have great results, I am going to try and make a chart that will track everyones success on here but I don't know that I can make it work!!!!
April 23.... ok so I didn't lose this week but last night I ate Doritos so I am hoping it's the sodium I will be drinking a lot of water today and i will weight again tommorow morning and will see what the scale says!

Yay, I was just saying if someone else didn't start one, I would.

Starting Weight - 190 lbs (probably)
Goal weight 182.5 lbs
So I'm aiming for about a 7.5 lb weight loss.
I think I'm going to weigh in on Thursdays this month, so...

Starting Weight: Around 330... I'll update the exact weight on the 1st!
Goal End Weight: 315

So I'm aiming for about a 15 pound weight loss this month... I just started so it's coming off fast at the moment (water and glycogen).

I think I'm going to weigh in on Thursdays this month, so...

Yay! - A new challenge! I find this is a good way to motivate myself every month esp. the day before weigh-ins I am always so pumped trying to get down just one more lb...

The lbs are coming off slower and slower these days so I'm going to aim subtract 7lbs off the scale and cross my fingers.

This sounds like fun :)

I want to loose about 2lbs a week at least to start so if I loose 8lbs that sounds about right. I'm starting at 239 as of today. I will give you an official April weight as of the 2nd as that seems to be what most people are doing.

I'm in! I need to be accountable to someone :) I'm aiming for 10 lbs.... I'm currently sitting at around 208 lbs.... official weigh in on Thursday though.

I just got a scale so I'll join :p I want to lose 10lbs by the end of April. I weigh 259.0 pounds as of 3/31

Goal for Aprill..Lose 10lbs and also go from size 16UK to 14UK. Started at a size 20 on January 10 2010.

I aim to lose 5lbs in April. That should get me nicely to 133 (9 and a half stone) or less - depending what I weigh tomorrow.

I will continue to eat 1200 -1800 cals a day, as I have been doing since Jan. I also want to get in more exercise and work on my healthy eating...

I like to weigh in on Tuesdays so here it goes:

March 30th = 156lbs

April 6th = 154.5
April 13th = 153
April 20th = 151.5
April 27th = 150


May 4th = 148.5

Red will be my actual wight. I am setting 'baby' goals. It doesn't seem to be coming off as easily as I want it to. Also, Easter is this weekend so maybe I should just wait...I know that I will eat! LOL! :biggrinjester:
 
I will weigh in on Thursday mornings. I don't want to set a goal as to how much I want to lose because if I don't get there I might get discouraged. I just want to see weight loss.
