Well, i had an off week, now i'm back on track for the month.

We ar going to do day trips this weekend. It is our anniversary so we took a 4 day weekend. We weere going to go away but things didn't work out so we decided to postpone our trip and focus on family and health this weekend. So we plan to do some active stuff and get out in the fresh air. We are going to hike, fish, bowl, putt putt golf, skate, etc. And I am putting a cooler in the car with healthy foods in it each day.

take some sort of healthy choice food with you incase there are no other options at least you'll have something until you can find something healthy.

So far I have done really well. I am not willing to blow it now. I will see my thin cloths ASAP.

So, in order to make my next goal weight, i'll need to loose 3.2lbs/week for the next 3 weeks... ideas?
I'm already at a 810cal/day defecit (2469.6cal maint - 1650cal actual).
I'm getting some exercise, about 20min/day... but regardless, its all about calories right?

How do you loose more than 2lbs/week with a "healthy" 810cal/day deficit?
 
I think im done losing the water wt. and now im kinda stuck at 274/273.. gotta step it up now.

Damn... I've gained so much in the las few months... I've been in such a low it's not even funny. But now I'm back and I'm going to stick to it... I have to because I'm really starting to feel gross about myself.

Start Weight 30 March = 196.2 lbs
6 April = 190.7 lbs (-5.5) :D Yaaay~
13 April = 187.4 lbs (-3.3) Yaaaay again~
20 April = 185.2 lbs (-2.2) :D I think tha's kinda funny. 5.5 - 3.3 - and now 2.2... is it going to be 1.1 next wegh-in then? :p
27 April = 185.0 lbs (-0.2) that wasn't much of a loss.... but I think it's because I'm a sponge atm. A pre-tom sponge.

Total lbs lost in April = 12.8

I'm so totally satesfied with that. Yaaaaaay~ :party:
 
So all I lost this month was 2 pounds .8 oz ... I am such a loser! I totally lost it this month. Been eating horribly, at least I was able to take two pounds off, at the rate of lack of exercise and the eating binges I should be weighing more, I am sure it will catch up...but after seeing my progress was only two pounds, I need to press down upon myself and have realized now that I need to do something about the way I am doing things so I can continue to lose weight instead of going back up in weight ..

So cheers to another month and on to the next one ..
