Had a bad weekend with family (good overall, but bad food choices).. and i was doing so great up until Friday night (was 211.6 on Friday AM).. damn family kept feeding me things i had no idea what was in it.. but it was good and even though i tried to be good.. my mom's family motto is Food=Love its like social drinking for food addicts..:banghead:

But, I'm back on the wagon as of Sunday night when i got home.
Went to the gym today for the first time since Thursday night; feels reeeeallly good to get back on the treadmill and sweating the fat away (never thought I'd be THAT kind of guy - the one that likes running or going to the gym, lol).

Oh, well... better luck this week... and grats to all of you that are on track!
 
JonnyG, I am sure that now when you came back to your usual regimen you will lose the weekend pounds in 3-4 days and then you will see a new low reading. I can bet! Keep up the good job!
