Let's try to lose 2 lbs per week for April!
Feel free to change the weigh in dates to suit your needs. Don't worry if you don't lose 2 lbs in a week, lose as much as you can!

Finish Weight 30 April = 235.0 -1.6 lb -4.8 lb total


Total Lost in April = -4.8 lbs

01 April = 10st 11.0lbs i.e. 151.0 pounds
04 April = 10st 10.4lbs i.e. 150.4 pounds (total loss 0.6 pounds)
11 April = 10st 07.6lbs i.e. 147.6 pounds (total loss 3.4 pounds)
18 April = could not weigh as in hospital as I needed emergency surgery - weight is now sky high due to swelling and water retention due to saline drips and sodium in medication!
25 April = 10st 06.6lbs i.e. 146.6 pounds (total loss 4.4 pounds)
30 April = 10st 07.4lbs i.e. 147.4 pounds (total loss 3.6 pounds)


Total Lost in April = 3.6 pounds
but my weight for the morning of 1st May was 145.6 pounds - so maybe I lost 5.4 pounds in April!

Damn... I've gained so much in the las few months... I've been in such a low it's not even funny. But now I'm back and I'm going to stick to it... I have to because I'm really starting to feel gross about myself.

Start Weight 30 March = 196.2 lbs
6 April = 190.7 lbs (-5.5) :D Yaaay~
13 April = 187.4 lbs (-3.3) Yaaaay again~
20 April = 185.2 lbs (-2.2) :D I think tha's kinda funny. 5.5 - 3.3 - and now 2.2... is it going to be 1.1 next wegh-in then? :p
27 April = 185.0 lbs (-0.2) that wasn't much of a loss.... but I think it's because I'm a sponge atm. A pre-tom sponge.

YaY! I am back and into challenges! I missed them!

Finish Weight 30 April = 181.8 (+ 1.8- thats just water, but oh well :p )

Did bad in March, but gonna Rock it in April!! lol Whoot Whoot!

Start Weight = 276.0
4 April = 272.2 (a loss!!)
12 April = 274.4 (stopped taking metformin, so this is a good weight)
18 April = 272.6 (Loss, with out a pill, always a good thing! Whoot Whoot!)
25 April = 273.6 (I fell off the wagon, damn! BUT I AM BACK!!!)
Finish Weight 30 April = 273.2


Total Lost in April = 2.8 pounds! (oy vey. I have eaten so horribly this month, lack of exercise. I could have lost a couple more pounds if I had stayed motivated, etc.

oh well)
